Friends....

Being friends with someone is an amazing thing. However when one is in love, it'll be one-sided and feelings will naturally be hurt.

This was the case for poor Marinette. She had been friendzoned multiple tines by her crush Adrien no matter how hard she tried to get him to notice her. To make it worse, he was dating kagami. Kagami was a nice, cool and gorgeous person. She wasn't at fault, neither was Adrien.

"It's my fault for thinking we might become more!" "Of all people why did I fall in love with him?" Marinette sniffed as she laid her hands on luka's shoulder. Lukas could only keep comforting her till she stopped crying. He had wanted to confess to Marinette, but she was in love with Adrien and now wasn't the best tind either.

It repeated for weeks and Marinette gradually got herself together.

They were at a park during the weekend and were ordering hotdogs. Marinette said it was on her, because she wanted to thank Luka for helping her. The two were having fun and Marinette wasn't so depressed about Adrien anymore.

They walked around and chatted. Their laughter echoed. It was pleasant luckily.

Lukas waited and eventually asked her to prom. Marinette agreed not wanting to miss out on the sauce and foods, just because she was heartbroken.

Prom soon arrived and the two didn't hesitate to enjoy themselves. They danced and took pictures together along with matching tattoos.

The two grew closer after and ir wasn't until Marinette was no longer heartbroken and was open to love again, that Luka made his move and they started dating to the delight of everyone.
