Adrien daydreams about Marinette, he is so caught up with this he does not notice when his father enters the room. He just stares off into space like he is a daze. His father gives him a puzzled look.

      "Adrien, what is going on son?" Gabriel asks.

      "Marinette is great is not she?" Adrien asks.

      "Son, since when have you had a crush on her?"  Gabriel asks.

     "I do not know father, I just know I like her," Adrien says.

    "I give you permission to date her, but you must not break her heart is that clear?" Gabriel remarks.

      "Yes, father it is clear as can be," Adrien says. He smiles, while thinks about how to ask her out.

      Two weeks later, Marinette is late for school, and Adrien catches her before she falls.  

"Marinette are you okay, beautiful?"  Adrien asks.

   "Yes, Adrien, I am just fine," Marinette answers.

      Later, after school,  "Are you free?"  Adrien asks.

    "I am not seeing anyone, "  Marinette says.

    "Good, I like you, my Marinette," Adrien remarks. He has no clue what he just told her.

       "Adrien, I have to go," Marinette says.

   "Ok, see you soon, beauty," Adrien says. 

      Marinette goes home and does not know, Adrien follows her this time.  She just goes straight to her room.

       Adrien knocks at the door, her parents let him inside and ask, "Adrien what brings you here?"

        "I came to see Marinette!  She is so pretty!" Adrien says.
