"So let's train"

There was a field near the igloo.
"Ok so first we are gonna fight each other first up Ryder and both got in the field as a purple square shield surrounded the perimeter of the field so they don't have to worry about hurting others.
"Begin!"

Both Ryder and Racheal turned into wolves. Racheal went super vamp speed to Ryder and bit him.
Ryder howl in pain and swung Racheal  as she was in the sky before she fell Ryder hit her with his tail and made Racheal go in the air as she bumped her back on the shield.

Racheal got angry as she now turned into a vampire. She vamp speed again to Ryder and kicked him. Which made Ryder slip and across the the field. Ryder turned back to human and wolf speeded to Racheal and kicked her with a hard punch.

Racheal felt the pain as blood escaped her mouth. Racheal went to Ryder wolf speed and elbowed his stomach. Ryder coughed out blood. They where in rage. Before they could hurt each other Zea got in between them and stoped their kicks with her hands.

"Enough! You did well but we don't want to kill each other!"
''Sorry"they both said.
