First of all, I came to know that I was supposed to share my room with another girl whose name was Ruby who was supposed to be here by tomorrow. I was excited to know her. I just hope she won't be a snobby brat. In the list, otherwise I was supposed to find a magical hat, broom, magic stick, werewolf jacket, royalty set, portable bag, paint wood, magical liquids jar and a pet from Rain's pet shop. 

These things weren't common at all! But so was this place. Extraordinary in its every aspect. I asked Ayaan about his list when he said, "Just we've got the difference of choosing a sword for us." And the response made me feel a bit salty, 'Why weren't girls allowed to choose one for them as well?' It seemed that Steven easily understood what I was thinking and with a beaming smile upon his face he gave the answer, "The girls will also get their weapons but during school hours after their ability is tested." His response made me feel satisfied to say the least. An overwhelming sense of excitement for school to begin washed over me. I went with Julia,my sister after Steven gave us a map, first of all to find the magical hat at the Simon's.

When we reached the location, both of us were unable to see any shop. Then, suddenly my leg slipped and oh! a part of the floor below us brought us down and w went underground and then appeared a big hall in front of her. A man with a bald head and large moustache appeared in front of us having an inviting smile in front of his customers. We showed him our scholarship slip and he slowly guided us towards a secluded room. He then spoke tensely,"The hat which chooses you as a partner decides your group. It in a way decides your destiny. So, go inside and see what you get."

In this way, we were suddenly pushed inside the room with the door closed and millions of hats surrounding and floating behind us. Some were big, small, pointed, flat, with cool/ warm colours or dull/bright colours. And suddenly a hat itself was placed on my head. I looked at it and felt a sense of ecstasy and accomplishment. It was a purely black pointed hat with a purple shaded thread tied around it. It looked marvellous. I took a turn to look at Julia who now had an orange hat with red thread placed upon her head which made her look so cute. It definitely suited her appearance.

We then made our way to the door of the room and found Mr. Simon who looked at me with a sense of wonder and respect. And with this, we left and moved towards our next destination.
