Percy and Annabeth were moving. They chose a location about half an hour out of town. Annabeth designed the house, and Leo helped build it. It's a six story mansion with enough rooms for all of their friends, plus about ten extra for any questers in need.

There was a bathroom on each floor, mainly in blues and other ocean colours.

The living room was white with a huge picture window and a lot of bookshelves. The furniture was all grey or blue.

The dining room is soft red-orange. There's a fire place behind the head of the table for sacrifices. The room is dedicated to Hestia.

Percy and Annabeth's room was white with a grey bed. The pillows and carpet were light blue.

Thalia's room when she visited was cloudy grey with silver finishings. The ceiling looked like the stormy sky.

Grover and Juniper's room when they visited is a light green. Everything is in various shades of green.

Rachel's room when she visits is all white so she can paint any visions she has.

Reyna's room is purple and gold. SPQR themed.

Piper and Jason's room is purple and blue. They have roof access for Jason.

Hazel and Frank's room is purple with gold finishings. They also have roof access for Frank.

Leo and Calypso's room is white and orange. It's also fireproof.

Katie and Travis' room is green and beige. There's a spot for Katie's plants and a closet for Travis' prank supplies.

Lou Ellen and Conner's room is purple and beige. There's a closet for Conner's prank stuff, and a closet for Lou Ellen's dangerous magic items.

Clarisse and Chris' room is red and beige. There's a storage spot for the weapons and pranks.

Will and Nico's room is black and yellow. An equal mix of their personalities.

Zoë's room is sea green with grey highlights. She's got an aquarium and a bookcase.

The extra rooms for the campers are all either Camp Half-Blood orange or SPQR purple. They're all on the ground level in case they need to leave in the middle of the night. They're stocked with clothes of all sizes as well as water bottles, energy bars, and candy.

The weapons shed is in the backyard. It's full of demigod weapons in case someone loses theirs.

Many people helped build it, and since it was finished, many campers had stayed over.
