Tom Holland (22) and Mira Clement (21) have bought a house together after only a year of dating. The modest home is in Holland's hometown of Kingston upon Thames, England, where his family resides. The Avengers: Infinity War actor is notoriously close to his parents and siblings and had previously owned his own house near them.

Clement, who was born in Pheonix, Arizona and moved to Los Angeles, California in her pre-teen years as she became more involved in acting, will have to move overseas. It is unclear whether or not she will keep her L.A. home now that her parents have moved back to Pheonix.

This huge decision comes months after an alleged breakup earlier this year. However, shortly after the premiere of Avengers: Infinity War, the two were once again together.

This news has sparked mixed opinions from other journalists and fans. George Aster of The Hollywood Reporter told People, "They're kids. They're young. They don't realize that this kind of love doesn't necessarily last forever and a year isn't a long time in the grand scheme of things. Give it another year and it'll fizzle out."

Meanwhile, some are elated about the news. When TMZ asked their Spider-Man: Homecoming co-star, Max Chafer, about how he felt, he replied, "I'm really happy for them. I mean, I've kind of seen it coming, you know, something like that ... They're happiest when they're together, and the love they have for each other is inspiring."

Their other co-star, Zendaya, commented, "Personally, I don't see how it's anyone else's business. Are they young? Yeah, but they have smart heads on their shoulders. Nobody should be forming an opinion about this except them, not people on the internet who don't know them personally."

VANITY FAIR: MIRA CLEMENT ON THE MARVEL CAST, MOVING OVERSEAS, AND HER BREAK FROM ACTING

Mira Clement has gone from a face you'd probably recognize on your television to a Hollywood movie star in less than a couple of years. Though she'd had minor roles in Freeform's Pretty Little Liars and NBC's Parks and Recreation and Community, she scored more popularity from her appearances in MTV's Teen Wolf and, more recently, Netflix's Stranger Things. The announcement of her being cast as Lena Santos, aka Havoc, in Spider-Man: Homecoming gained her almost a million more Instagram followers overnight. So how does a television actress go on to be the face of such an iconic superhero?

It's no secret that her personality has helped her grow her fanbase over the years. Always bubbly, relatable, and down-to-earth, Mira can frequently be seen goofing around in interviews or joking with her co-stars on social media. She's never shy to post a silly selfie or be candid about accidentally dumping an entire pan of lasagna onto her lap and ending up in the emergency room for burns. It's that upbeat aura that makes her presence feel like a safety net— and one I can assure the readers actually exists.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has exploded in popularity in recent years, evolving from a somewhat nerdy franchise to mainstream media. There's almost no greater career boost than being cast in a Marvel movie— especially as a character as well-loved as Havoc. For someone who was only eighteen when she auditioned, it seems that her career would just be beginning. But, as Mira tells me, she's not looking for another gig anytime soon.

Mira hasn't stopped smiling since she arrived for this interview. Always saying, "please" and "thank you," she's already an absolute joy to be around even in the mere eight minutes we've been together. She's dressed casual-chic in a Queen band t-shirt, a black leather jacket, light-blue jeans, and ankle boots with heels that add four additional inches to her already above-average height. She toys with a ring on her finger as we talk — and, no, not on her left hand. It's an emerald gemstone ring on her right index finger; she explains that it was a gift from her grandmother.

"It's been a pretty stressful time," she admits when I ask her about her recent move from sunny Los Angeles to Kingston upon Thames, England, to live with her boyfriend of just over a year, Tom Holland. "My parents and Tom's family helped us move in, along with Tom's friend Harrison, and it was just chaos. I think we got two days of living there before we had to fly back here for press. I hadn't even gotten used to the time change yet."

The 23-year-olds haven't seemed bothered by the backlash they've received for moving in together after a relatively short period of dating. Mira's fans have expressed concern about her living overseas, wondering how it may affect her career and future projects. On the day they moved in, Mira had shared a video of Harrison Osterfield accidentally breaking a brand-new vase, proving that the day had been just as tumultuous as she claims.

When I inquire about what it's like to be in the Marvel cast, she laughs. "It's insane. You've got all these people — some of whom have been working together for years — and most of them are way older than you, you know, because you're like the youngest one there. And it's kinda terrifying to be surrounded by these huge stars and wanting to blend in with all that talent."

She reassures me that, even though it was intimidating at first, everyone is like family. "I had people reaching out to me before I formally met them. You can scroll back on my Instagram and see Elizabeth Olsen commenting on my posts like we've known each other for years. Plus, it was pretty cool working with Chris Pratt and Paul Rudd again — I've known them since the Parks and Rec days."

However, being in the Marvel cast isn't all fun and games twenty-four seven. Mira grows a bit more somber as she explains the tough filming schedule of so many films at once. "You know, we did Homecoming, and then it was announced that there would be a whole trilogy with Tom's Spider-Man, and so I knew I had at least two more movies lined up with Marvel... but my contract was for five or six. Then I realized we would be in both Infinity War and Endgame, which were filmed back-to-back. We were still doing press for Homecoming as we were filming, and it was rough. Then, we had to prepare for Far From Home a few months after the Endgame premiere, which we were still doing press for, and it seemed like a never-ending cycle."

Fans were upset when Sony and Marvel had a feud over the rights for Spider-Man and pulled the final movie in Holland's trilogy, but the companies amended and the third film is still set to be released in 2021.

The discussion of her packed filming schedule seems to weight heavily on the young woman's shoulders. Her usually sparkling brown eyes are clouded with fatigue, but when I ask her if she's okay, she's quick to give me another radiant smile.

"It's all part of the job," she says. "Acting can be tough, but I love it— it's something I've been doing since I was a kid. However, lately I've been wanting to take a little break to get some rest. I've been so tired and stressed that it's taking a toll on my health. My anxiety has also gotten worse. That was part of why I wanted to move in with Tom— to get away from everything, the hustle and bustle of L.A."

It's then when she delivers the big news. "I'm likely going to stay out of films and television for the next year or two, maybe three. I'll only do any Marvel films they have planned for me, but that's it. Tom's parents have this amazing charity organization, The Brother's Trust, and I want to help them with that. I'll watch Tessa while Tom's doing his other projects. We live very close to his family, so his mother has assured me many times that I'll hardly ever actually be 'alone'."

For someone her age and with her recent spike in popularity, it may seem like Mira is taking a break when her career has only just kicked off. Though it's apparent that she does need some time to herself if the stress of the industry has been affecting her health. Hopefully, she will be able to improve her well-being and we'll see her back on our screens in no time— Mira asserts that she doesn't plan on being done with acting indefinitely and hopes to return.
