Selina, Giancarlo, and Ava find more clues and they prepare to return to Selina's family before going to the station in Canada. Just before leaving they meet Eva, an old friend of Selina's and co-leader of the Imperium Guard, a secret group of militia who guard the Tunnels (an magic underground passageway complete with towns and rest stops) and target PIS members.

Meanwhile, the Jones-Russos find an old villian that killed Jay has returned for more blood, Kain and Silas are reunited with their father and Julie teleports her parents and grandfather to Rome where she causes chaos, and Julien is tricked into doing dirty work for his parents until he decides to turn on his parents and become his own villian and eventually gets kidnapped by his aunt and mother.

With Eva's help, Selina returns home and finds the group a place to stay in an underground city known as Johndor. There they stay while Julien is rescued by Finn, Zayn, and a member of the Guard named Tyson, only to discover that Julien lost his memories.

Harumi lands and finds an empty mansion until a Guard member scouting the area informs him of their whereabouts and leads him to the underground town.
