The Reds and Blues are divied up as Carolina and Zone give the order.

"Alright, each team has two teleportation grenades. One to transport you there and want to get you back. First priority is obtaining the manifest, but, while we're in, we should also search for additional supplies. Teleporters, weaponry, anything that could help. I don't expect there to be a hostile presence at Bravo, but becareful nonetheless." Zone warns the Reds.

"Don't get shot, got it." Sarge nods.

"Alpha's another story. We've acquired its coordinates for teleportation, but never actually investigated the area. From what we've gathered it's a massive hotspot for pirate activity. I'd understand if you don't want to join us." Carolina tells the Blues.

"Given the situation, I'd say you need all the help you can get. Count us in." Wash says.

"Yeah, pretty sure Church would be disappointed if I didn't come also, sooo..." Caboose replies

"Dr. Grey, you stay here and keep an eye on things while we're gone."

"Wonderful! I'll prepare a meal out of the surrounding fungi and vegetation for your return!"

"Please don't." Zone pleads.

"See you when we get back?" Tucker says to the Reds.

"Just don't get captured. The last thing we need is another freaking rescue mission!" Simmons sighs.

"Amen." Grif agrees.

Epsilon then appears. "Okay people, the mission starts now."

The teams teleport away. Carolina aims her weapon as she finds herself in a wasteland.

"Epsilon?"

"Motion tracker says we're clear."

"Clear?"

"What, did I stutter?"

"And you're sure we're in the right place?"

"Carolina!" Carolina runs up to the Blues and Zone as they look at something.

"I think we're in the right place." Wash mutters as they all look at a large laser-like tower.

"Geez, and I thought the Promethean temples were intimidating." Zone says watching the tower.

"Prome-the-what?" Tucker asks.

"Never mind come on." Zone and Carolina walk down the hill leading the Blues.

At Crash Site Bravo, Grif, Simmons, and Lopez are standing outside of Red Base.

"I remembered it being bigger." Grif recalls.

"No way, this place was always cramped. I couldn't walk two feet without stepping in your garbage!" Simmons argues.

"Oh come on guys, it's not the size that matters, it's how you use it!" Donut says over the radio.

<As someone who was once a severed head, I can assure you this place was always a pile of shit no matter what size you are.> Lopez grumbles.

"Hey knuckleheads, get your butts off memory lane and get back to looking for supplies!" Sarge orders on the radio. "Me and Princess Bubblegum have got an entire ship to search! So far we ain't found didley squat! The least you can do is quit jamming up the radio with your darn pillow talk! You got that?"

"Technically sir, you only have half a ship to search." Grif points out.

"Why you good for nothing, little-" Grif taps his helmet cutting of the transmission.

"Nice." Simmons retorts.

"You know Simmons, I can't help but notice a severe lack of butt-kicking ever since we found Sarge."

"Uh well, we've all been busy with the genocide prevention thing. You know how it goes."

<Geez, you guys really do pillow talk. I'm out of here.> Lopez walks away

"I don't know man, maybe being in charge of those rebel guys rubbed off on you." Grif snorts.

"Hey, Donut again. I think you accidentally muted Sarge, but I couldn't help but overhear about what you just said about guys rubbing off-"

Simmons and Grif tap their helmets cutting off Donut.

"What do you mean? We were terrible leaders." Simmons reminds him.

"Well yeah. But you gotta admit, they did make you feel pretty important." Grif shrugged.

"Yeah, I guess..."

"Hey, where's Lopez?"

"I don't know. Probably off doing the actual mission or something?"

<Hey guys! I found Dos Point O's giant body! What an jerk!> Lopez called out.

At Crash Site Alpha, the Blues and Zone continue to walk through the wasteland.

"This is bullcrap! They've got armor enhancements, they've got laser guns and now, they've got giant space towers shooting loads of energy out of the ground?! The heck is that about?" Tucker scowls.

"If you don't keep your voice down, we'll never find out." Carolina retorts.

"Whatever, Church said the place was deserted."

"Still, it gives me the creeps." Wash murmurs as he turns and sees something that made him twice as uncomfortable. An alien cruiser. "And I'm starting to think we might have not been the only ones to crash on this planet."

"Oh, what was your first clue?" Tucker asks sarcastically.

"Mine was the spaceship." Caboose answers.

"(Whistles) Over here!" Zone shouts. The Blues run in and see Epsilon and Xi working their magic.

"Think this will work?" Carolina asks.

"Well, it's still online, so there's that at least. Infrastructure's a mess though it's...oh shoot, hold on a second." Epsilon disappears.

"Seriously?" Tucker cried. "Church couldn't find the zoom on the sniper rifle. What makes you think he can plug in and find-"

Epsilon reappears. "Alright, got it. Sorry Tucker, what were you saying?"

"Don't be a showoff." A teleportation sound is heard from outside.

"What was that?" Wash asks.

"Uh oh. Four hostiles just popped up on radar." Xi states.

"How close?" Zone inquires.

"Not very. If we keep quiet we should-" Epsilon gets interrupted by another teleportation sound.

"Right, screw that! Okay, give me a drive. Now!" Zone takes out a drive and plugs it in.

"What's happening?" Tucker says panicking.

"It's in."

"Transferring data." Xi says.

"Dude!" Tucker demands.

"Yeah, uh, how do I say this? Ahem. They know we're here and they're coming to kill us." Epsilon says bluntly.

"Yeah, one of those days, am I right? Am I right guys? It's one of those days because you know it's, it's pretty much the worst." Caboose sighs. Zone looks out the ship and sees more groups of Pirates appearing.

"How'd they find us?" Tucker asks.

"I don't know!"

"How much time left on that transfer?" Wash says pulling out his rifle.

"Hard to say, this computer is beyond repair. We're doing what we can." Xi explains skimming through various lines of code to find the manifest.

"Don't worry, we can wait." Carolina replies.

"We can?" Tucker says stunned.

"Watch your right!"

Two mercenaries uncloak and open fire on the group. Zone spins and throws out two knives that  embed themselves in the Pirates' throats. They fall down dead.

"Dude, we gotta go!" Tucker insists.

"Hold them off for a few more seconds!" Xi orders.

Two more mercenaries run up from behind.

"Behind us!" Wash shouts. The two mercs activate their hardlight shields. Wash shoots them but his shots are deflected.

"Ah come, come on that's just cheating!" Caboose exclaims.

"Church!" Tucker yells.

"Hold on!" Wash continues shooting at the mercs as they get closer.

"Man, screw this!"

"Wait!"

Tucker grabs the flash drive.

"Tucker!" Epsilon and Xi say,

"Get us out of here!" Tucker orders.

"Ugh, dang it!" Carolina pulls out a teleportation grenade and tosses it towards the ground, teleporting them away.

At the forest hideout, Dr. Grey runs up upon seeing the Blues and Zone. "So, how'd it go?"

"YOU FREAKING IDIOT!" Epsilon shouts at Tucker.

"Church." Carolina says.

"Me? We were sitting ducks out there!" Tucker argues.

"Tucker." Zone says.

"Wha- bu- WE ALMOST HAD IT! We only needed a few more seconds!" Xi exclaims.

"You don't know that!"

"What the- YES I DO! News flash! We were there and by the way, we're made out of numbers! Why can't you just trust me?!" Epsilon says as the Reds suddenly appear at the base.

"One manifest, hot and ready to go! No need to thank us." Sarge chuckles. The Blues and Zone stare at Sarge.

"But don't let that discourage you if you want to."

"At least the Reds managed to bring something back. All we got was- Wait! Caboose!" Epsilon shouts.

A cloaked mercenary sneaks up behind Caboose.

"Hey! That's me!" A mercenary decloaks behind Caboose and prepares to stab him. "OH MY GOD!"

Zone teleports and punches the soldier as he strikes its knife in Zone's shoulder. The merc falls unconscious as Zone helps in pain clutching the knife.

"Zone!" Carolina runs to him.

"Where the heck did he come from?" Wash says shocked.

"He must have teleported back with us." Xi explains.

"My life just flashed before my eyes! It was awesome! Ah, let's do that again!" Caboose shouts happily.

"Agh! God dang it, my shoulder!" Zone groans ripping the knife out.

Dr. Grey runs to Zone. "Outta the way, doctor coming through!"

"Dang it!" Epsilon disappears.

"Oh! Well that is a lot of blood!" Grey says as she tends Zone's wound.

"Someone restrain this guy!" Wash orders.

"I've got just the handcuffs for the job! I've been saving them for a special occasion!" Donut states. Tucker watches everything transpire regretfully.
