Doyle is running from Felix until he reaches the edge of cliff nearly falling.

"OHHH, dear!"

Felix walks up behind with his DMR trained on him.

"End of the line, General." Felix chuckle.

"I wouldn't advise pointing that weapon at me..." Doyle turns towards Felix and holds the sword over the ledge. "I am prone to fainting after all!"

"Oh? Very bold...but a coward doesn't put his life on the line like that. And you are a coward, Donald Doyle." Felix states.

"Shoot me, and you lose the sword!" Doyle exclaims.

"You're bluffing."

"You can't take that chance."

Felix slowly walks towards him. "I can if it's a sure thing."

"STAY BACK!"

"Give me the sword." Felix orders.

"FINE!...Fine..." Doyle deactivates the sword. "You can have it..." Doyle then throws the sword away as he jumps to safety.

"NO!" Felix leaps onto the cliff edge, barely catching the sword in his left hand. "Gotcha!"

Tucker, Caboose, Donut, and Lopez run up seeing Doyle stand up.

"There he is!" Donut says.

"He has the sword!" Doyle cries.

"What?!" Tucker looks and sees Felix getting up from the ledge. "Oh, crap!" The Reds and Blues fire at Felix who brings up his lightshield and deflects the shots.

"Well look who it is; Lavernius Tucker, and his other less important but equally annoying friends." Felix states.

"No one steals from the North Pole and gets away with it!" Caboose shouts.

"I don't really see how that's relevant, but I agree!" Donut adds.

"Hand over the sword, Felix!" Tucker orders.

"Oh, now I think I am going to keep that right here." Felix then puts the sword on his thigh plate.

"Dude, you're surrounded! You've got nowhere to go!"

"Then come get me." Felix taunts. Tucker doesn't move. "Oh...not so tough after all, huh? I guess without your big bad, Freelancer buddies, you can't really do much, can you?"

"We've outsmarted you!" Tucker reminds him.

"Oh, I'm well aware of that, Tucker. You see, not many people get the best of me." Suddenly Locus then rose behind Felix in Falcon, aiming its weapons at them. "But no one gets the best of me and lives to tell about it."

"Ohhh, that's- that's bad." Caboose murmurs.

"Affirmative!"

"He was stalling!" Doyle says shocked.

"Ya think?!" Tucker cried.

Locus fires the ship's cannons on the Reds and Blues and Doyle, who take cover behind some rock outcroppings nearby. Felix gets on the fighter.

"(Sigh) And you say I talk too much."

"You do." Locus retorts. They both fly away.

"Ha, ha, ha, Sayonara, losers!" Felix yells laughing.

"You have to stop them! He's going to use that sword to kill us all!" Doyle persists.

"Chill out, I don't think he knows how it works yet." Tucker breathes.

"What makes you say that?"

"Well, if he did, he probably wouldn't have left without killing you."

"Uhhh...me?" Doyle says extremely uncomfortable.

"Yeah, ummm...whatever happened to Church and Zone?" Caboose asks.

Carolina opens her eyes as she sees she's still on the ice mountain.

"Epsilon what happened?" Carolina then spots her helmet and rifle.

Epsilon appears next her as she puts her helmet on. "The guy got in a lucky shot. Zone engaged him and they fell through the ice. Heard a loud explosion and an avalanche. I don't know who won."

"Can you find him?"

"Wait! It's Xi! Patching her through!"

"Xi where are you guys?" Carolina asks.

"(Sobs) This is all my fault! It's my fault! It's my fault!" Xi cries.

"Xi, what are your coordinates?"Epsilon demands.

"Sending them to you know. (Sniffs) I should've told him." Carolina puts her rifle on her back.

"Alright transferring coordinates to your HUD." Carolina jumps into the hole made by Sharkface and Zone when they fought. She slides down until she exits the hole and uses her speed boost to run to the ledge of the mountain.

"There!" Epsilon says pointing. Carolina follows his gaze and visibly sees an arm sticking out of the snow.

"No." Carolina whispers. She runs down the mountain and slides on her knees when she approaches Zone. Carolina digs through the snows and pulls him out, seeing the knife sticking out of his abdomen.

"He's alive barely. We need to get him to Armonia." Epsilon says urgently. Carolina nods as she picks him bridal style and carries him to Pelican.

Back at Armonia, in the war room Tucker, Caboose, Sarge, Grif, and Simmons all stand silently.

"Sooo, uh...that did not go well." Grif says aloud.

"Yeah." Tucker agrees.

"Mmm-Hm." Simmons adds.

"It was real bad...we found Doc." Caboose states.

"Uhh, yeah." Grif shrugs.

"That's technically good." Simmons agrees.

"Well I had a great time!" Sarge declares.

"Oh, GOOD FOR YOU!" Kimball yells.

"Thank you!"

Kimball and Doyle walk in.

"No, not you! Him!" Kimball says seething at Doyle.

"It was a split second decision, and I stand by it!" Doyle argues.

"Well, thanks to you, the mercenaries now have the power to kill us all."

"Only if I die first!"

"Great! So now we'll get to waste valuable men to guard you 24/7!"

"Well, we'd have more men if you hadn't led them all into a trap!"

"Don't you dare turn this around on me." Kimball growls stepping close to him.

"Okay, ENOUGH!" Wash yells entering and pulling them apart. "You two are acting like children!"

"HA-HA! You're immature!" Grif laughs.

Kimball turns to him. "Dish duty!"

"Dang it!"

"What's done is done. So let's quit focusing on what went wrong and start thinking about what we have now, and what we can start doing." Wash advises.

"How's Xi and Zone?" Simmons asks.

"Our dear friend Emily has assured me that Arizona will make a full recovery. Uhh, as well as your purple friend from the caves." Doyle explains.

"Eh, tough luck, can't win 'em all." Simmons shrugs.

"Xi's situation is more problematic; she's doing fine now, but there's something she's not telling us. Memory loss and armor failure doesn't just happen out of the blue." Wash states.

"Well, if you want my tactical assessment-"

"We don't." Grif cuts Sarge off.

"It looks to me like we've got to get to the alien-phone-tower-thingy, pronto! Make a collect call to Earth."

"Well..."

"Dial 1-800-Send-ships-and-kill-pirates! Standard text-messaging rates apply."

Wash pauses for a moment. "Are you done?"

"I'll think of more." Sarge grunts.

"We can't go barging in like we did with Alpha."

"I couldn't agree more." Doyle nods in agreement.

"Well, we can't just sit here and wait for Charon to attack!" Kimball protests.

"Why not? It's heavily fortified and the city reactor rules out the risk of aerial bombings. Our alien artifacts are no good to Charon post-explosion, my dear."

"Then they'll surround us and wait for our supplies to run dry. Geez, don't you think about any of this?!

"So, you suggest we throw Tucker out there to search for the tower? They'll kill him, and then they'll have two swords!"

"Hey, I could make it...maybe." Tucker mutters.

"I don't have all of the answers, General, but I do know that sometimes you have to risk lives if you want to see results. Even your own. Especially your own. You should have thrown that Sword off the mountain and taken the freaking bullet, but you're too much of a stupid, selfish coward to see that."

"KIMBALL!" Wash yells.

"This meeting is over." Kimball then exits the room.

"Wait, we need to come up with a plan!" Wash reminds her.

"Sooo, uh...that didn't really go well either."

"She's right, though..." Everyone looks at Doyle as he starts to leave.

"Where are you going?!" Wash cries.

"My quarters. I'm a failure of a General, and apparently a failure of a human being. Should any of you actually need me, you know where to find me." Doyle then exits the room.

"Actually, I don't think you ever told us where your quarters are." Simmons points out.

"Well then I'm a failure at leaving too!" Doyle yells from the hallway.

"Well, crap." Tucker sighs.

"I say forget the both of them. If they don't want to run this show, then we'll just do it for them. First order of business: Red uniforms!" Sarge states.

"The problem isn't just with them. The Feds and Rebels may be working together, but they still aren't...working together. There's no trust, no...anything!" Wash explains.

"Well, it took us ages before we were able to trust the Blues." Simmons says.

"Yeah, and some of us are still working on it." Grif adds while thumbing at Sarge who was muttering to himself as he aimed his shotgun at Caboose's head. He then sees eyes on him and lowers the gun.

"Face it dude, these guys spent years killing each other. They're not going to get all buddy-buddy." Tucker says crossing arms.

"I know." Wash admits. "But if we can't bring them together soon, we're not going to stand a chance."

"Operator, I'd like to place a collect-call...to vengeance! Knew I had one more in me!" Sarge laughs.
