I did this for the heck of it.

Kanan wandered round the command ship. Feeling rather bored.
Half the crew went out on a mission including Ahsoka.
Only Sabine and he were left behind.
"Kanan?"
The Jedi doubled back to see who said his name.
He saw Rex standing in the briefing room doorway.
"What you up to?" He asked as Kanan came over.
"Nothing" Kanan replied honestly.
Rex studied him for a few seconds.
"Good job with Ahsoka" he said.
"Oh so you do know about that?" Kanan asked.
"Yep. And by the way, I've got something to tell you."

Ahsoka walked through to Kanan's room. She'd just gotten back from her OP and it was currently past nine at night. Everyone else had gone to bed and she wanted to see him before he hit the hay. Unless he already had.
She opened his door.
"Hey Kanan" she said when she saw him on his bed in a meditation position.
"Hey Snips" Kanan replied looking up at her.
Ahsoka blinked in surprise.
"How...How do you know that name?" She asked.
"Rex told me it was what Anakin Skywalker used to call you" Kanan explained.
Ahsoka came in and sat beside Kanan.
"I haven't heard that nick name in years" she said.
"You don't mind me calling you that. Do you?" Kanan asked.
"Course not. You can call me whatever you want" she replied.
"Anything huh?" Kanan smirked.
Ahsoka rolled her eyes.
"To a point" she told him.
Kanan chuckled and put an arm round her. Pulling her into a side hug.
Ahsoka leant on his shoulder with a sigh of contentment. Kanan slowly leant back with Ahsoka still beside him.
The two of them were drifting off when Ahsoka heard Kanan mumble.
"Night Snips."
"Night Kanan" she whispered.

Should Ahsoka make her own nick name for Kanan? If you think she should, please give me some ideas on a nick name for him.
