(Outside Disney Studios, everyone is yelling and saying that both Alien Dino Thunder Megaforce and Neo Super Robot Delta Patrol are better than Marvel. Some directors walk towards the office in Disney Studios, and they aren't happy at all.)

Cate: Who do they think they are?

Peyton: (angry) That neglectful son of a bitch let those "heroes" ruin our movies and Marvel's career.

Taika: Ever since Ben 10, Transformers and Power Rangers came into play, that son of a bitch and his co-workers just let them take away Marvel's career. Those series are pure PIECES OF SHIT!

(Then they slam the door, drawing Bob Chapek's attention.)

Bob: What is your problem?

Kat: (angry) THOSE MEGAFORCE HEROES CAME INTO MARVEL AGAIN! EVERYWHERE IN MARVEL LIVE ACTION AND MOVIES, THEY RUIN MARVEL'S CAREER! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TRANSFORMERS, BEN 10 AND POWER RANGERS! OUR MCU FANS ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THE OLD MCU FANS AND NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PART WHERE "ALIEN DINO THUNDER MEGAFORCE" DEFEATED THANOS IN AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR... (calm voice) and you know why?

Anu: Because they ruined everything!

Cat: Exactly. That's why we want them gone for good. Aliens are nothing but ruthless invaders, and also THEY RUINED THE CROSSOVER SERIES BETWEEN AVENGERS AND MY HERO ACADEMIA!

(Cat shows the part where the Double Apocalyptic Heroes convinced both Classes 1-A and 1-B that the Avengers are nothing but abusive and neglectful heroes who let their own teammates and half of humanity die at the hands of Thanos, and then the ending where Kamen Rider Double and his team helped the heroes to defeat the Avengers. Finally they see Bones Studios thanking the Alien Dino Thunder Heroes for saving their characters.)

Peyton: (angry) See? Bones Studios are thanking them for saving MHA from our Marvel Heroes. They even ruined the show, like the current Spider-Man series, where both Mega Man.EXE and Gutsman.EXE prevent the events of Superior Spider-Man from happening.

Taika: We need to do something. If those "heroes" keep saving more lives... (has an idea) How about a death battle?

????: Or you guys can take over this studios.

(They turn to see all Marvel Fake Heroes as James Romanoff-Rogers beheads a woman with his shield.)

(All of them glare at Bob.)

S. Iron Man: Because of your failure, we were defeated by the Plumbers' Alien Dino Thunder Heroes!

C. Marvel: He's right, you failed our career of justice!

Iron Man (MHA): (glares) You also let those bastards ruin our crossover with My Hero Academia.

Black Widow (MHA): (glares) That Ultraman Great guy ruined my moment with Hawks. (angry) HE EVEN KICKED MY ASS, AND SAID "YOU'RE NOT STAINING HAWKS' HONOR! HE ALSO TOLD ME TO STAY AWAY FROM CLASS 1-A!

Captain Marvel (MHA): (angry) THAT SLUG GUY STABBED MY ARMS AND RUINED MY CAREER!

Cyclops: (glares) We can't take it anymore. We want revenge!

Red Hulk: (stern) Puny Heroes pay for our movies!

Captain America (Earth-12131): We shall take over their world!

S. Iron Man: Thanks to a certain sorcerer, all of Disney Characters will soon become our slaves!

Bob: (eyes widen) WHAT? You made a pact with Jafar, and now you seek to enslave Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Scrooge McDuck, Big Hero 6, Wreck-it-Ralph, Hercules, Mulan, Chip and Dale, Goofy, Toy Story and others? They're fun-loving characters, not slaves!

(Superior Iron Man kills Bob, and then he turns to the directors of MCU Phase 4.)

S. Iron Man: You guys will be in charge of this studio. Time to change everything, Marvel Universe will claim Megaforce-Verse and wipe out its heroes. We're also taking over Disney and make its characters work for us as slaves. We're also making our own movie.

Kat: (smirks deviously) And that is?

S. Iron Man: (smiles deviously) DESTROY ALL HEROES!

Anu: Like Toho's Godzilla movie.

S. Iron Man: (nods) Yes, we'll make those "heroes" regret what they did to us. Marvel will be taking over this world, and nobody will stop us!

(Then Cable walks towards Superior Iron Man.)

S. Iron Man: Where are the MCU Illuminati?

Cable: They're in a new town where a new Spider-Man protects them. They said they're gonna control his mind.

S. Iron Man: (nods) Good, we might need a new Spider-Man since that weakling Peter Parker refused to help us. This new Spider-Man can help us to wipe out every hero in our path. Suceed in the mission.

Cable: (nods) Yes sir.

(Cable walks away as the directors of MCU Phase 4 smile at Superior Iron Man.)

S. Iron Man: Both Megaforce and Super Robot Wars will regret for what they did to us. We will take over this world of Megaforce-Verse. 

(They laugh maniacally together as they take over Disney Studios and make its characters their slaves.)

(Meanwhile in a futuristic city, the MCU Illuminati is looking around the town.)

Captain Marvel (Maria): This town must have a superhero around here.

Mr. Fantastic (MCU): But where?

Mordo: How do we find him?

C. Britain (MCU): It looks so peaceful.

(Then a web-slinging hero comes in, and it's none other than Takuya Komori/Shin Spider-Man.)

Shin Spider-Man: (glares) You don't belong here!

C. Britain (MCU): (shocked) You must be the hero of this town.

Professor X (MCU): You must be Takuya Komori, former employee at Alchemax Corp, who later became a superhero known as Shin Spider-Man.

Mordo: Sorry, kid. But you're going to serve us now!

Captain Marvel (Maria): Black Bolt?

(Black Bolt speaks a word, and then Shin Spider-Man's eyes change into green, implying that he is now under the Illuminati's control.)

Captain Marvel (Maria): Let's contact the others about our new Spider-Man. 

(They nod as Mordo opens up a portal, and the Illuminati walks through it with Shin Spider-Man following them.)

(As the screen fades out, Shin Spider-Man chants his transformation.)

Shin Spider-Man: SHIN SPIDER-MAN! D-SMASH!
