Normani, Dinah and Ally; I've always loved these UNDERRATED members of FH the best, and the MOST, since the very start of their career....They each bring emotions, soul, passion, power, softness, feeling, to their voices to me, l have:
Ally for: Power, Long High Notes, and Belting!!!!💖💖💖💖💖
Dinah for: Riff, Runs, Power, and Uniqueness!!!!!💖💖💖💖💖
And:
Normani for: Whistles, Whispers, Creativeness, Versatility, Softness and Entertainment!!!!!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

In my opinion:

They each bring / have that special, unique tone of voice that no other member can imitate or duplicate....they are definitely important to the group, without: Ally....There would be NO HIGH NOTES or BELTS, Dinah....There would be NO POWER or UNIQUE RIFF/RUNS, for Normani....There would be NO Harmony, soul, Whistles or LOW NOTES!!!!💕 (l believe Normani's lower register is a lot more clearer, softer, lower, it's more soulful, softer, gentler, than Lauren's. Sometimes, l struggle with hearing Lauren use her lower register....it sounds muffled...it doesn't sound clear at all. However, l LOVE ❤️ it from her.💕) Normani has a LOT more ease with it than Lauren does..😌😅💕.

I just prefer Normani, Dinah and Ally more....I'm a Norminah girl aka Normani x Dinah girl along with an Ally girl...💜
