Chapter 1

No One's POV

A beautiful mansion is shown and inside the mansion, there are servants rushing around trying their best to make sure that the entire mansion looks perfect. Suddenly, a servant accidentally bumps into the other servant making the other servant drop the dishes and create a loud noise.

Servant (shocked) - We are doomed

A man in his late 40s comes towards the servants and stares at them.

Man (angry) - Who made this loud noise?

Servant (scared) - Me...si...sir

The man goes towards the servant to yell at him when another man comes and stops him.

The other man (worried) - Aditya, calm down! It was a mistake... (turning towards the servant) you may go

Aditya turns towards the man and glares at him.

Aditya (angry) - Why did you stop me, Shivay? I don't like mistakes... and you know that...

Shivay (smiling) - come on Adi, stop being so grumpy... after 15 years, we are going to see our children again... be happy

Aditya (angry) - I don't want to see her... you know that I made her go to boarding school so that I don't have to see her in this mansion... because of her... (upset)... my Pankhuri left me...

Shivay (angry) - Stop behaving like a child Adi, you haven't talked to Aditi in 15 years...nor have you seen her face... stop blaming her for Pankhuri's death because it wasn't her fault...

Aditya (angry) - You wouldn't know the pain of losing your wife... as you haven't lost her... so don't teach me.

Aditya then leaves angrily towards his room and shuts the door harshly. Shivay who has got annoyed with this continuous arguments, goes towards his room, to see Anika sitting on the bed, looking at a photo. Shivay silently goes towards her and Anika who notices his presence puts the photo back.

Shivay (worried) - You know that we have to tell them someday... they shouldn't get to know about this from someone else...

Anika (annoyed) - Stop it Shivay, stop repeating the same thing... no one else knows about this besides us...for now... let's just pretend that everything is normal... they're coming back today...

Anika leaves Shivay to change while Shivay starts to think about his happy days with Anika.

Flashback

Anika (smiling) - Shivay! Guess what, Shivika just said her first word

Anika drags Shivay with her towards Shivika and then asks Shivika to repeat her word.

Shivika (happy) - P...pa...papa

Shivay gets tears from his eyes and seeing Shivika calling him papa. He immediately takes his princess in his arms and Anika smiles seeing that.

Ansh (annoyed) - What about me?

Ansh comes running towards his mum and hugs her.

Ansh (worried) - Mum, dad... don't cry... I will also cry...

Anika goes towards Shivay and hugs her with Ansh and Shivika also joining them.

Flashback ends

Shivay had tears in his eyes, remembering the family moment, he really misses this.

Anika (shaking Shivay) - Shivay, go get ready

Anika leaves the room to prepare food for the children and while in the kitchen, she notices Saumya there as well.

Anika (smiling) Saumya, you... and here

Saumya (annoyed) - this is my house as well di unless you forgot...just like you forgot about... nevermind... I am here for my kids...

Anika (upset) - Saumya, I already apologised... why do you keep on repeating the same things? We all have moved on Saumya... and so should you...

Saumya (annoyed) - No, you have moved on... neither I nor Shivay bhaiya has moved on. Just because you have apologised... doesn't mean the problem is solved... you hurt me di, and I am not going to again ignore the fact... you haven't just hurt me but you have hurt Shivay bhaiya as well... anyway, I don't want to discuss this... I am here as I have to cook for my children...

Saumya turns away from Anika and starts cooking her dishes, however, she is also crying while doing this as she is feeling just as guilty like Anika. Rudra comes rushing towards the kitchen and seeing his bhabhi and Saumya silently doing work made him upset.

Rudra (smiling) - Hello my Sumo

Rudra goes towards Saumya and back hugs her. He knows that Saumya is silently crying and he needs to cheer both his bhabhi and Sumo up. Rudra is about to cross the line to go towards his bhabhi when he remembers...

Flashback

Anika (upset) - No Saumya, you can't do this...

Saumya (upset) - I am doing this because of you... can't you see that this problem is caused by you... you were the one who started this and today I will end it...from now on... this is my side... and that is yours... whoever supports me...will come towards my side... and whoever supports di... go..goes there.

Saumya takes her kids as well as Rahul from that side and takes them towards her side, she knows how bonded they are but she has to do this. She has no choice. Rudra hugs his brother's goodbye and goes towards Saumya's side. He agrees with Saumya this time, and today, he stood up for the truth.

Anika (upset) - Fine then Saumya, from this point onwards... no one will pass this line... we will all live separately...

Saying so, both Anika and Saumya faced back to back while all the others cry at the scene, including Jhanvi, Tej and Shakti.

Flashback ends

Saumya jerks Rudra making him come back to reality and then looks at him concerned.

Saumya (concerned) - Are you ok, Rudra?

Rudra (upset) - I... I am fine

Saumya (smiling) - I am nearly done making paratha for my Dhruv... and making some healthy dishes for my Rumya...and some yummy dishes for Rahul go get ready ... we will pick them up...

Rudra gives a warm smile to Saumya and then rushes towards the room to get the gifts ready.
