i. DEATH CALLS !

"It's been a long time since humans were prey. We were
always at the top of the food chain. The predators." Ignorance dripped from his tongue as he sat on the pew, gulping nervously whilst staring up at the huge cross.

"You're telling me you thought humans would rule forever?
That something wouldn't come back and take us out, make us extinct just like it did with the dinosaurs before us?"

"I think everything happens for a reason. I think that God has a plan for all of us."

"Well then you're stupid." he remarked, anger lacing his words as he looked the man straight in his eyes.

"It wouldn't hurt you to have a little faith, you know? In times like these, hope is what you need to survive."

He laughed humourlessly. "You still believe in God?" he grinned menacingly, blood dripping from his hands, staring at the person in front of him like predator does with prey. The smile dropped from his face as he cocked the gun, "Then get on your knees and pray for us."

EVER SINCE THE WORLD lost its humanity, things had
changed. Families destroyed, homes abandoned and taken over by strangers trying to seek normalcy. Children were abandoned and left to be orphans, being forced to mature in a world that was ever so cruel. Parents being forced to flee, leaving behind all those they loved and cared for. Humans losing touch of themselves, being forced to kill to survive. Humans becoming nothing but an empty shell - merciless beasts who know only of torture, murder and pain. People having to step up. To become prey or predator.

To kill or to be killed.

When the world ended and the chaos became eternal, people had turned. Friendships were no longer. Bonds were broken. Not to mention that the dead were rising. Literally.

The end of the world was not supposed to be a time of destruction for the sake of death, yet more as a vet putting down a sickly dog. For if you cannot be kind, love each other and share what you have with those whom you adore, then what are you really living for?

But desperate times call for desperate measures.

A murderer can be someone who killed in self-defence all the way down to someone who kills for greed and enjoyment. One was an act of love and the other an act of pure evil.

Living during times where death occurred every day, people found it hard to tell whether they killed out of love or anger.

With the dead tracking your every move, trying to tear into your organs desperately whenever they got the chance, no one was safe.

Where insignificant, naive civilians once stood, war-hardened, survivors with bloody hands took their place.

The world became so much worse than people could ever imagine. So incredibly worse. And for a group of survivors, they would soon know it better than anyone else.

Because is morality and all those characteristics that make us human really worth it in a world where...

ii. RULES AND APPLICATIONS

01)   please be kind and respectful! i think this rule is quite self explanatory but if you're rude to everyone then i'm simply not gonna answer you!

02)   be diverse and unique with your ocs! please no mary jane sues! think about your characters when making them, the apocalypse changes people! we want evil characters, morally grey characters! they are so interesting to write.

03)   fill the form out as accurately as possible and in the correct place. yes this is self explanatory but the more detailed your form is, the more accurate i am able to portray your characters.

04)   please use actresses / actors with good quality pictures and a decent amount of gifs - i want to make cute graphics! i would highly recommend using people from apocalyptic shows! for example, the walking dead / fear the walking dead, all of us are dead, sweet home, the 100 etc etc. but this isn't necessary.

05)   password! the password is your favourite fictional character or a character you relate the most to. please include the password in your form.

06) when the cast comes out, please please please do your opinions on the other character! it is so helpful to use when writing.
