Nya's POV
    I woke up in a hospital room. There was a nurse.
'Excuse me! How did I get here?' I asked
'Your brother brought you here. How do you feel?' the nurse said
'I feel really good. Where's my brother?' I said
'You don't know?' she asked
'Know what?' I started to worry
'You've been through a surgery. You've got new lungs. You could have died otherwise.'
'Where's my brother!?' I freaked out. Deep down I knew the answer, but I hoped it wasn't it.
'He is the one who gave you lungs.' she said
I started to cry.
'Is he...dead?' I asked in fear
'We are so sorry, but he didn't survive the surgery. He's dead!'
'No...no, this can't be true! I must see him! Let me go!' I said crying my eyes out
'Fine. Let's go!' she said
We were in the surgery room. Kai was on a table. He was so pale.
I ran to him
'Kai! Kai, wake up! Don't leave me! Please!' I said crying. My heart broke. I almost passed out. The nurse took me to my room and injected me something. I fell asleep.
After an hour, I was awake. I started to cry again. I saw something next to my pillow. I opened it. It was a letter from Kai. I started to read it while crying as much as I never did before

Kai's letter
   'Dear Nya, if you read this, it means you survived. I'm so proud of you! But it also means I didn't.       
    I wrote you this letter because I don't want to leave without saying goodbye. I am so sorry for everything. For every moment you needed me and I wasn't there, for every time you had to clean after me. For everything. But most especially for the last few weeks. I know I hurt you in ways I never thought I could and that's my biggest regret.
If I died, don't cry. I don't regret what I did. As you said, we have always protected each other with all costs. You didn't give up on me after all I've done. I'm not going to give up on you either.
Live your life! Be happy! You are beautiful, smart and have a great heart! Jay is a lucky man. Tell everyone I am so sorry for everything.
As I said, don't cry! I'm going to be with our parents. We will protect you from heaven and will love you forever! I'm grateful for having you as my sister. I thought I was lost. I am not the one who saved you. You are the one who saved me.

I almost cried while writing this. It's my first story and I'm so proud of it. I'm sorry for the sad end.
