Ashley's POV:

Tae was singing.

I had no idea what was happening.
I was feeling something I have not felt for a long time.
It was a strange feeling. There was a strange pain in my chest.

His voice was deep, soulful, and with raw emotion.

Felt like all the untold emotions I kept inside for years and years were huddling up in my throat. I realized my eyes were tearing up.

"Ash, are you crying?" Tae asked suddenly.

I looked away immediately, "What? No way!!" I tried to sound as cheerful as I  can.

"look at me," Tae said with a soft voice.

I looked at him. I tried to smile.

He held my hands. Tried to see something in my eyes.

"You know, you really have to open up yourself sometimes, Ash," he said caressing my hand.

"Gosh! It's your fault Tae!!" I slapped his arm.
"It's just your voice, why have to be your voice so beautiful? It's unfair!!" I  exclaimed.

"I don't know much about you, Ash. But I can tell that you are in pain." Tae's voice was even softer.

"I am Ok, Tae, seriously." I tried to assure him.

"Should I continue then? Or are you planning on crying on every piece I  sing?" he smiled teasingly.

I again slapped his shoulder.

We laughed, he sang. We felt the crashing waves below our feet sitting on the large rocks on the beach. We talked about everything around. We stayed there until the moon leaned on one side of the sky.

He was funny, silly, and childish. He was energetic and acted like I was his best friend for ages.
He was such an outgoing person and I can hardly remember the last time I  made friends this fast. It was a night of melting moon and a crazy friend.
