The team was sitting together after Virat told them that he forgave them. Virat was taking care of Mahi while Mahi was still feeling the guilt of not trusting his Cheeku.

And Virat was just smiling from the outside looking at the team. Of course, how can anyone expect that he will be fine so soon? The scar was too deep but he loved them so much. Still was that love enough to heal that scar and remove those memories.

"Virat bhaiya kal morning mai I will compete u at the gym," said Kuldeep trying to cheer Virat up.

"We can start the training for the next series," said Jinks.

"Umm Sure" said Virat not knowing what to say.

"Also .." said Rohit but was interrupted by Virat.

"Bhai I think u should take a rest. The doctor told me that due to blood loss u have a weakness" said Virat and listening to that everybody left the room.

"Cheeku are u okay ?" asked Mahi unsure looking at Virat's expression.

"Ya bhai don't worry. U sleep. I will be here" said Virat. As Mahi slept Virat left for his room.

Next morning -

Everybody was in the gym session including Rohit which was surprising. The team wanted to ensure that they don't disappoint Virat again so they were on time. But to their shock, it was Virat who didn't arrive.

"Where is Cheeku ?" asked Mahi Bhai entering the gym.

"Pata nhi bhai abhi tak aya hi nahi" said Rohit confused about Virat's timing.

"Let's check in his room" said Mahi.

Mahi and Rohit  went to Virat's room and were about to enter it. But to their shock, it was locked. They looked at each other not believing that Virat has started locking his room.

"Cheeku open the door !" Knocked Mahi

"Vi u okay na ! Open the door" said Rohit from outside.

Soon the door was open and they found asleep Virat rubbing his eyes. "What's wrong? What are u both doing here in the morning ?" asked Virat yawning and laying on the bed again.

"What's wrong with u Vi? Are u okay?" asked Rohit.

"Ha, I am okay mujhe kya hoga" shrugged Virat not knowing what they were worried about.

"So Why are u sleeping till this late Cheeku?" asked Mahi confusingly and in concern.

"Bhai kaha late hai abhi 10 hi baje hai .. I can sleep more" said Virat pulling the comforter again and preparing to sleep.

"Cheeku it's almost ur breakfast time" said Mahi

"Okay fine I am getting up" said Virat irritated with the disturbance in his sleep.

"What is wrong with him? He never sleeps this late!" said Rohit.

"I don't know Ro" said Mahi equally confused as Rohit.

After sometime Virat came freshening up and told them - "Chalo let's have breakfast"

They went into the dining room and the team also came there for breakfast. There was a buffet system containing all the healthy food that players require every day as per their diet. Also, there was normal food on the menu if anyone would like it.

Rohit saw Virat still looking at the menu rather than having his usual food.

"What are u looking at Vi?" Asked Rohit confusingly

"Arey isme Chole - Bhature toh nahi hai" said Virat shocking everyone.

Virat called the manager and requested him to arrange that for him to which the manager happily agreed. Rohit and Mahi were looking at each other not able to believe what was happening.

"Are u sure Cheeku u wanna eat this ?" Asked Mahi seeing the plate of Chole bhature

"Of course Bhai! Aapko bhi Khana hai kya. I will tell him to bring more" said Virat licking his fingers and relishing the taste.

Everyone was looking at Virat as if he was some kind of alien. To add more to their shock he ordered some more junk like some chat and then went for a large glass of chocolate shake to end it.

"Virat u okay? How are u eating all this ?" asked Rohit confusingly

"How am I eating matlab .. kal dinner bhi nhi kiya toh abhi jyada bhuk lagi hai mujhe" said Virat casually sipping his shake.

"Chalo I am toh done .." said Virat getting up from the table.

"Where are u going? Gym ?" asked Rohit as he had eaten so much junk food.

"Gym kyu jaunga ?" asked Virat confused

"Matlab immediately nhi but u will be going na" asked Jinks now

"No I am going to watch a movie .. and then I will sleep I guess," said Virat casually.

Everyone looked at him in shock.

"u wanna join for a movie?" asked Virat to all of them

"Sure" said all of them wanting to spend time with him and also get to know the reason why he was behaving like this.

“You all go I will join in u a bit. I have to take this call” said Mahi

“Mahi how’s everything now ?” Asked Dada

“Not usual but getting better Dada.” Answered Mahi

“Is Cheeku okay? What about u ?” Asked Dada in concern

“Cheeku has forgiven us Dada I hope Everything goes back to normal soon.” Said Mahi hoping for the best.

“He has forgiven u ?” Asked Dada confused

“Yes, Dada. Why are u asking like this ?” Said Mahi

“Mahi if he has forgiven u then why has he not taken back his retirement application .. I was calling him to ask that but he didn’t pick up” said Dada in concern.

“What !! Are u sure that he hasn’t taken back?” Asked Mahi in shock

“Of course, I am sure why will I lie to u in such a matter” said Dada back

“Give me some time Dada and plz don’t accept it” said Mahi and hanged up the call.

“Cheeku hasn’t taken back his retirement! Why !! Did he not forgive us? Did he not forgive me?” Thought Mahi

Did  Virat forgive the team? Will he take his retirement back?

I know I am updating after a long time, sorry for that but I had bad writer's block.
