I am SO happy with the representation ethnic minorities and those with disabilities are getting.

Of course, there is still a LONG way to go, but Rose Ayling-Ellis (a deaf actress) winning a dance competition called Strictly Come Dancing, Alaqua Cox (a Native American deaf actress who is also an amputee) and Lauren Ridloff (an African/Mexican-American deaf actress) who are both major stars in the Marvel series 'Hawkeye' and the Marvel movie 'Eternals' show that having a disability doesn't restrict you from doing anything, and that if the entertainment industry and society as a whole takes the time cater to these people, then they can do any job, and THRIVE in it.

The problem isn't that they have disabilities, or that they're people of colour, the problem is that people in power don't want to give them equal access to jobs/opportunities and resources.

The representation we're seeing now is a step in the right direction, and the fact that young people like them will grow up seeing that they can achieve anything too, is truly amazing.
