AK gets ready for her shoot and was arranging her bag.

Dadi: Ab tabiyat kaisi hai teri?

AK: Mai thik hun Dadi, bas thodi si weakness hai.

Dadi: Apna khyaal rakhna, zyaada kaam karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Beech me aaram karti rehna. Agar zyaada thakaan ho jaaye to chhutti le kar ghar aa jaana. Agar wo log mana kare na to mujhe batana, mai unki achhe se class le lungi.

AK: Uski zaroorat nahi padegi, Dadi, mai apna khyaal rakhungi.

AK: Ahaan, maine aapke teacher se saare notes mail karne ke liye keh diye hai. Aap shaam ko saare notebooks ready rakhiye ga, mai shooting se waapas aa kar saara classwork complete kar dungi.

Ahaan: Ok, Mumma!

Arya: Aur mera?

AK: Aap aur Ahaan dono same class me hai na??

Arya: Haa.

AK: Ok, to mai aapka bhi kar dungi.

Durga: Aap kyun itni takleef kar rahi hai? Ham sab hai na ham kar denge. Ek to aapko mushkil se shooting se time milta hai phir donon ke liye itni pareshaani kyun.

AK: Is me pareshaani ki kya baat hai! 1st grade ki padhayi kitni hi mushkil hoti hai. Aur mujhe ye sab karne ki aadat hai. Ek raat ki baat hai, ho jaayegi.

Ahaan: Aadat?? Aapne to kabhi meri notes likhi hi nahi, to kaisi aadat??

AK was left silent with his question.

AK: Wo...wo NGO...Haan, NGO ke bachhon ko help karti thi na padhai me, to wahi wajah hai.

Ahaan: Ok!

AK: Achha thik hai, mujhe shooting par bhi jaana hai. I have to leave.

Ahaan: Bye Mumma, Take care!

Angel: Bye Angel!

AK: Bye! Take your medicines on time.

She was a step away from the doorstep when a man came in and as soon as he saw her, he laid on the ground touching her feet.

AK: Ye kya kar rahe ho tum, utho!

Parv: Saasu Maa, aap waapas aa gayi. Aashirwaad dijiye Saasu Maa.

AK: Are you out of your mind??

The guards surround him aiming their guns at him. He gets up seeing them.

Parv: Police waale ko bandook dikhane ke jurm me sab ko andar kar dunga mai.
Aur Saasu Maa aap, aap yaahan waapas aa gayi aur mujhe bataya hi nahi. Aisa to nahi hai na ki in 6 saalon me aap mujhe bhul gayi? Koi baat nahi agar bhul bhi gaye to mai aa gaya hun na yaad dilane ke liye.

AK: Ho koun tum?? Aur mujhe apni Saas kyun bula rahe ho?? Mai Saas jaisi to bilkul nahi dikhti.

Parv: Hainnn??? Aapne mujhe nahi pehchana?? Mai Parv! Arey aap sab aise kyun dekh rahe hai, bataiye na inhe......

He was shocked seeing Revati standing there with the family members.

Parv: Revati?? Arey tum to yaad dilao apni behen ko ki mai koun hun.

AK: Revati, tum jaanti ho ise?

Parv: Sirf wo nahi, aap bhi mujhe jaanti ho. Arey, AJ aap kuchh bolte kyun nahi apni patni ko? Aapke pyaar me wo mujhe hi bhul gayi jisne unki aapse shaadi karayi thi.

AK: Are you out of your mind??? Mai aur Mr. Jindal ki patni. Aap chup chap khade kyun hai?? Koun hai ye paagal insaan jo mujhe aapki patni bata raha hai.

AJ: Parv, tum chup raho. Mai tumse baad me baat karta hun.

Parv: Arey lekin ye sab ho kya raha hai? Mai ek hafte ke liye Bhopal kya gaya, Jindal Bhavan me to poorab se pashchim sab badal gaya.

Revati: Di, aap shooting ke liye jaaiye. Aap ko late ho raha hai. In sab baaton ko ignore kijiye.

Revati assured AK through her eyes that she will handle everything and AK leaves for her set.

AK'S SET,

As soon as AK gets down from the car after parking it, someone brings a boquet of beautiful red roses and hands it to her. She sees a note on it.

"For the one more beautiful than these roses."

AK: Koun hai ye? Aur hamare liye kisne kiya ye?

As she was making her way towards her makeup room a man hands her a huge teddy bear with a heart shaped pillow in its hands which had something written on it.

"For the one cuter than me."

Instantly a smile made way to her lips.

She again made her way but a man came with a bottle of red wine which had a note hanging on it's neck.

"For the one whose eyes are more intoxicating than this."

AK: Koun kar raha hai ye sab? Aaj to kuchh special bhi nahi hai.

She was just a step away from the door of her room when someone handed a box of her favourite chocolates.

"For the one sweeter than these chocolates."

AK: Itna flirtatious insaan to ek hi hai poore duniya me, Mr. Karan Singh.

She opened the door and as soon as she entered, rose petals were showered upon her. She was shocked to see the wall infront of her.

All her friends group were standing there holding their ears. The moment she sees them, everyone said "Sorry" in unison.

AK: Ye sab kisliye???

Vinay: Kal jo hua uske liye ham sab ki taraf se Sorry.

Ajay: Actually, maine hi use wo dare diya tha to sorry.

"Ha, aur ham logon ne ise aise karne se roka bhi nahi, isiliye hamari taraf se bhi sorry", the others said.

AK (enacting a serious face): To ye sab kal jo hua hai uske liye hai??

"Yes, we are really sorry", everyone said to her.

AK started laughing looking at their faces and everyone looked being shocked at each other.

AK: I know kal maine bohot gussa kiya aur baat bhi aisi thi ki, use halke me nahi le sakte the. Lekin wo to kal ki baat thi na, aur to aur mujhe to aaj yaad bhi nahi tha ki kal kya hua tha. I didn't expected this!

Vinay: We know ki tum in sab baaton par zyaada dhyaan nahi deti ho, lekin kal baat Ahaan par aa gayi thi isiliye ham sab ne ye kiya. Sorry!!

AK: It's Ok! Aap sab ko apni galti ka ehsaas ho gaya hai that's enough for me. Maine to kab ka maaf kar diya. But this would be the first and last time, it shouldn't be repeated again.

"We promise, aage aisa kabhi nahi hoga." Everyone assured her.

AK: It's Ok.

Ajay: It's time for a groupfie.

Everyone posed for the picture just then the door opened and everyone looked at the door from where someone entered.

"AK aa gayi kya??" Karan asked and was shocked when he looked at AK.

Vinay: Bohot jaldi nahi aa gaye tum??

AK: Ye kabhi time par aaya hai!!

Karan: Saara surprise maine plan kiya aur tum sab mere aane ka wait nahi kar sakte the??

Ajay: Wait karte taaki saara surprise waste ho jaaye!

Vinay: Aur agar itni hi fikar thi apne surprise ki to jaldi aa jate.

Karan: Late ho gaya to mai kya karun? Neend nahi khuli meri.

Director: Agar surprise ho gaya ho to shooting bhi kar le??

He asked stepping into the room.

Karan: Ham kahaan bhaagne wale hai sir? Shooting to hote rahegi.

Director: Isiliye to maine tumhe nahi kaha. Tumhara aur AK ka scene baad me hoga, maine baaki logon se kaha hai.

Karan: Thankyou sir. Aap in logon ko le jaaiye.

Everyone leaves for their respective works leaving only AK and Karan in the room. AK was arranging the gifts and gets seated to get ready for the shot ignoring Karan.

Karan: Ab kya hua tumhe? Tumne to sab ko maaf kar diya na? To mujhe aise ignore kyun kar rahi ho?

AK: Maine unhe maaf kiya hai jo apni galti ke liye sorry feel kar rahe hai, jinhone apologize kiya hai, tumhe nahi.

Karan: Ek minute!!! What do you mean?? Maine ye sab kis liye kiya hai? Tumhare liye hi na.

AK: That doesn't mean you apologized for what you did.

Karan: Jab maine koi galti ki hi nahi hai to mai sorry kis liye bolun?

AK: Tumne kuchh nahi kiya??

Karan: I swear AK, agar mujhe wo sab pata hota to mai kabhi hone nahi deta. I really didn't knew ki wo log Ahaan aur tumhe unke dares me involve karne wale hai.

She just gave him a blank look not understanding what all happened.

Karan: I never dreamt of justifying myself to you because I thought you trust me but I think that's not the case now. I am really sorry if you are offended because of me. I never even thought of hurting you in anyways. I am sorry!

Saying this, he moved towards the door in an attempt to leave the room but AK stopped him holding his hand. He turned to see her eyes brimming with tears. She hugged him and cried resting her head on his chest.

AK: I am really sorry. Please forgive me. I really didn't meant that. I trust you Karan. I trust you!!! You are the only one who support me. Tumhare alaawa mera koi hai hi nahi jo mujhe itne achhe se samajhta hai, jo meri aur meri family ki care karta hai. I knew ki tum kabhi aisa kar hi nahi sakte the, Ahaan ke maamle me to bilkul nahi. I am really sorry, please...I am sorry!!

He breaks the hug and makes her sit wiping her tears.

Karan: Why are you crying, Aliya? I know you didn't meant that. Aaj nahi to kal tum ye baat samajh jaati but......Yaar, please stop crying!!! Aise ro kyun rahi ho? Is something else bothering you??

AK: Kaise pata chal jaata hai tumhe sab?

Karan: You trust me na? To batao mujhe kya problem hai?

She shooks her head in denial.

Karan: Yehi problem hai tumhari ki tum kuchh share hi nahi karti. We are friends, right??? Ham sab aapas me share karte the, remember? But what has happened to you now? Tum wo AK ho hi nahi jise mai jaanta hun.

AK: It's nothing like that.

Karan: Aisa hi hai, AK. Tum jab se Indore aayi ho something's wrong with you. You are behaving weird. You are behaving as a completely different person here. Aisa lag raha hai maano jaise tum AK nahi koi aur ho.

AK: Kya bole jaa rahe ho tum, Karan??? Mai AK nahi to aur koun hun. Tum kuchh zyaada soch rahe ho.

Karan: Is this something related to Jindal Family?

AK looks shocked at him.

AK: Aisa kuchh bhi nahi hai. Wo in sab ke beech me kahaan se aa gaye.

Karan: No, I just feel there's something wrong with them. Either it's you who behave weirdly with them or they are.

AK: It's nothing like that!

Karan: If you don't want to continue shooting in Indore, let me know. Mai sir se baat karunga and we will shift back to Mumbai.

She thought for a while but remembered about the case and she immediately denied him.

AK: Uski koi zaroorat nahi hai. I don't have any problem working in Indore.

Karan: To batao mujhe, what's the matter?

AK: Don't worry, I will handle it by myself.

Karan: Ali.......

AK: No Karan! I know tum meri help karoge and all but trust me, I can handle it.

Karan (cupping her face): I know meri sherni you will handle it but don't forget me I am always there by your side. Jab bhi tum kuchh share karna chaho, jab kabhi bhi tumhe help chahiye ho, meri zaroorat ho, I am there for you, always, forever. Bas aise roya mat karo. Pata hai kyun?

AK: Kyun?

Karan: Kabhi kisine tumse kaha nahi??? Tum rote huye zyaada cute lagti ho and I can hardly resist myself from pulling your cheeks.

He said pulling her cheeks and she made an angry pout as she doesn't like when someone touches her cheeks. She moves his hand away.

AK: Don't you dare touch my cheeks again!!!

Karan: Only if you won't dare to cry infront of me again.

AK: I will try!

Karan: To meri taraf se bhi koi guarantee nahi.

AK: You.....

Before she could say something he pulled her into a hug and she smiled contentedly being in his protective embrace.

JINDAL BHAVAN,
AT NIGHT,

AK was going towards her room taking all the notebooks and worksheets of Arya and Ahaan when she collided with someone and everything fell on the floor along with the file and the papers the other person was holding.

AK: What the hell!!!

She yelled being frustrated and started picking up the books. She looked forward to find Parv giving her a fake smile. He helped her in handing the books to her.

AK: Bhagwaan ne aankh diye hai na tumhe, to uska istemaal bhi kar liya karo. Subah bhi bina dekhe, bina kuchh soche samjhe kuchh bhi bol rahe the aur ab, dikhayi nahi de raha tha kya ki saamne se koi aa raha hai ya nahi.

Parv: Baap rey, itna gussa!!! Bilkul Guddan ki tarah.

AK: Excuse me!!!

Parv: I mean to say aap mujhe kisi ki yaad dilati hai, jo mere bohot kareeb thi lekin afsos ab nahi rahi.

AK ignored him and started walking towards her room but he came and stood infront of her.

Parv: Arey, aise kahaan chali aap. Ham donon ne apna parichay bhi nahi kiya. Mai Parv Singh, AJ ki choti bahu Saraswati ka bhai.

AK again ignored him and walked past him but he was again fast and stood infront of her.

Parv: Apne aap ko to introduce kar dijiye.

AK: Mujhe nahi jaante tum??? Nahi jaante ho to internet par search kar lo, jaan jaoge. Now leave my way!!!

She enters into her room but before she could lock the door he entered in.

AK: Kya badtameezi hai ye??? Abhi ke abhi mere room se baahar niklo.

Parv: Aap itna gussa kyun ho rahi hai? Mai to aap se baat karne aaya tha. Maine aapke baare me poori jaankari nikaal li hai aur aapke bete ke baare me bhi.

Listening about Ahaan, she held him with his collar glaring him.

AK: Internet par mere baare me bohot kuchh mil jaayega tumhe lekin ek baat nahi milegi jo mai tumhe face to face bata dena chahti hun. Apni salaamati chahte ho to mere bete se jitna ho sake utna door rehna.

Parv: Maine to....

Revati comes to handover the books which AK left in Ahaan's room and sees Parv in her room.

Revati: Parv!!!

Parv: Revati, tum hi samjhao ise. Kuchh sunti, samajhti hai nahi bas bhadakne lag jati hai.

Revati: Tum apne kamre me jaao aur doobara yahaan aane ki koshish bhi mat karna.

As soon as he leaves, Revati locks the door.

AK: Ye aadmi is ghar me kya kar raha hai? Ye to jail me tha na.

Revati: Di, wo.....

AK: Mai bhi kya hi pooch rahi hun, jab Antara jaisi khooni is ghar me reh sakti hai to Parv ne to uske aage bohot chhote jurm kiye hai.

Revati: Sab keh rahe the ki ye badal chuka hai.

AK: Matlab??

Revati: Matlab ki ye sudhar chuka hai. Isne ab tak jo kuchh bhi kiya use iska pachtaawa hai aur usne phir se police force bhi join kar liya hai.

AK: What???

Revati: Haa, is baar apni mehnat se, bina Jiju ka naam use kiye. Aur training ke waqt isne minister par attack hone wali goli apne par le li thi. Isiliye ise ye post aasani se mil gayi.

AK: Whatever!!! I just don't care jab tak ye Ahaan se door rahe.

Revati: I don't think ye Ahaan ko kuchh bhi karega.

AK: Kuchh na kare to uske liye behtar hoga. Waise bhi, mai ye case jald se jald solve karne ki koshish kar rahi hun aur ab usme ek aur character ka addition ho gaya hai. Jab tak ye case poori tarah solve nahi ho jaata mujhe is parivaar ke har sadasya par shak rahega, doesn't matter who.

Revati: Aapke baare me pata lagne ke baad bohot ajeeb reaction tha Parv ka.

AK: Ajeeb matlab??

Revati: I don't know. It wasn't clear like he was shocked, confused or something else.

AK: Iska matlab sirf Ahaan ko hi nahi mujhe bhi isse door rehna hoga. Ab to ye police officer bhi hai, zaroor kisi bhi tarah ye Guddan ke baare me pata lagane ki koshish karega. Aur agar isne ek bhi kadam Guddan ke taraf uthaya to mujhe uske saamne ye baat clearly define karni padegi ki mai sach me AK hi hun, Guddan nahi.

Revati: Jaisa aap thik samjhe, Di. Mai neeche ja rahi hun Ahaan ke paas, aapko zaroorat ho to mujhe bula lijiye.

AK: Ok!

AK completed Ahaan and Arya's work and was arranging their books on the table. She picked up the empty sheets to keep them in a file and moved towards the couch where the file was present. While she was walking, she bumped onto AJ who just entered her room through the balcony door. She lost her balance and was about to fall but held AJ's collar and the papers in her hand flew away from her hand, showering on them. In that moment, they both lost their balance and fell on the ground and AJ immediately moved one of his hand under her head so that she doesn't get hurt and supported himself from the other hand. She closed her eyes in fear and clutched his kurta in her fists. He fell upon her with force but supported his weight on his one hand. His face was about to touch her face but he just stopped few inches away. Their noses were almost touching and his hairlocks fell on his forehead. She slowly opened her eyes only to find him so close to her. He was looking deeply into her eyes and she was already lost in him. Seeing his hair, she felt the urge to move her fingers in his thick, deep black hair. A sheet of paper landed on his hair and she slightly moved to remove it but instead it made his lips to touch her nose which made them both to get out from their love world. She immediately pushed him back but screamed in pain when her hair got struck in his pendant. He was trying to remove with his one hand but failed miserably. Seeing him struggle, she helped him in removing her hair from his pendant. As soon as her hair was freed from it, they both stood up facing away from each other.

AK initiated to break the awkward silence brewing between them.

AK: Ye kya tareeqa hai aapka??

AJ: Maine kya kiya?

AK: Kya kiya?? Jab dekho tab aap hamare balcony ke darwaze se andar ghus jaate hai. Insaan ki privacy ki bhi kuchh importance hoti hai ya nahi. Agle baar se aisa nahi hona chahiye.

AJ: Aur agar hua bhi, to tum kya kar logi? Mere hi ghar me mujhe aane se mana karogi?

AK: Ghar bhala hi aapka ho lekin ye kamra aapne mujhe diya hai. Isiliye bina mere permission ke aap is kamre me nahi aa sakte warna....

AJ: Warna kya??? Kya karogi tum?

She takes steps towards him and he steps back as she nears him.

AK: Mai kehti nahi seedha karke batati hun.

AJ: To karke dikhao kya kar sakti ho tum?

She again moved forward and he stepped back. She immediately closed the door and locked it whereas he stood there perplexed contemplating what has happened. He then realised that he unknowingly stepped out of her room and she used that chance to lock the door leaving him out in the balcony.

AK: Ab to aapko pata chal hi gaya hoga ki mai kya kar sakti hun.

AJ: Ji haan. Lekin abhi mujhe tumse baat karni hai isiliye ab darwaza kholo.

AK: Ji nahi. Ab tameez se mere kamre ke darwaze par aa kar knock kariye, phir mere permission ka wait kariye aur agar maine permission de di to aap aakar mujhse baat kar sakte hai.

AJ: Ye sab rules kal se set kar lena tum, filhaal mujhe tumse bohot hi important kaam hai isiliye jaldi se darwaza kholo.

She opens the door and he gets in.

AK: Jaldi se bataiye ki kya kaam hai?

AJ: Wo tum Arya aur Ahaan ka work complete kar rahi thi to maine socha tumhari help kardun.

AK: No thanks lekin wo kaam ho chuka hai.

AJ: Itni jaldi??? I mean tumne akele poora complete kar liya?

AK: Haan, any doubt?

AJ: Nahi. Thik hai mai chalta hun saara kaam ho hi gaya hai to mai kya hi karunga.

AK: Suniye!!!

AJ: Ji kahiye!

AK: Wo, I need your help.

AJ: Abhi to tumne kaha ki saara kaam complete ho chuka hai.

AK: Usse related nahi, kuchh aur baat hai.

AJ: What??

AK: Ahaan ke case ke baare me poochna tha.

AJ: Ahaan ka case?? Kounsa case?

AK: Obviously accident case. Koi information mili kya? Inspector se baat ki aapne?

AJ: Jo inspector ye case handle kar rahe the unka doosre sheher me transfer ho gaya. Aur jo doosra inspector ye case handle kar raha hai, I don't have any idea about him.

AK: Aap kya unhe bula sakte hai? I need to talk to him about the case.

AJ: I will try.

AK: Thanks!

NEXT MORNING,

AK gets out of her room and was about to lock it when she sees police officers along with Parv in his uniform standing there.

Parv: Good morning AK!

AK just looked at him blankly trying to read his next move.

Parv: Wo yaad hai kal, mai aur aap??? Wo raat ko takra gaye the na?

AK: So what?

Parv: Mere ek important case se related documents the us file me lekin ab wo mil nahi rahe hai.

AK: To ye sab tum mujhe kyun bata rahe ho? Jaa kar dhoondho.

Parv: Wahi to kar raha hun mai. Pata nahi kahaan chale gaye honge wo documents. Isiliye poore Jindal Bhavan ki talaashi le raha hun mai.

AK: To karo apna kaam lekin mujhe jaane do. Shooting ke liye late ho raha hai.

Parv: Jindal Bhavan me aapka kamra bhi to hai. Uski talaashi liye bina hamara kaam adhoora reh jaayega na.

AK: Mere paas tumhare koi documents nahi hai.

Parv: Ye to talaashi lene ke baad hi pata chalega. Constable, sab se pehle Madam ki kamre ki talaashi lo. Wo kya hai na ye bohot jaldi me hai. Pehle inka kamra ho jaayega to wo aaram se apni shooting ke liye chali jaayengi. Warna late ho jaayega inhe.

Constable: Ok, sir. Ma'am please apne room ka darwaza kholiye.

AK: Aise kaise talaashi le loge tum? Search warrant hai tumhare paas?

Parv: Ji bilkul hai. Poori taiyari ke saath aaye hai ham to.

AK reads the search warrant and found it real documents. She had no choice but to obey him or else they would surely doubt on her.

Parv (in mind): Aaj to mai sach pata laga kar hi rahunga ki ye Guddan hai ya nahi.

AK (in mind): Kahin maine wo papers apne ghar se yahaan laa kar galti to nahi kar di. Agar wo papers inhe mil gaye to Ahaan ka sach saamne aa jayega aur mai aisa hone nahi de sakti. Kuchh to karna hoga mujhe.

P.S: I am really sorry for the late update. I was really sick and was hardly able to get off my bed since few days. Today, when I felt somewhat better I signed in to my account and this Wattpad started showing it's tantrums to me. It wasn't showing any of my stories neither published ones nor drafts. It also unpublished this story and deleted all the story details. Thankfully, the chapters weren't deleted or else I was on the verge of crying as I didn't had any copy of it. I will update the whole book after sometime. Till then, I hope you will enjoy this chapter. Once again I am really sorry!!!
