Pov-Dom

Hello, My name is Dom, and this is my story of after I left the military and got my life turned upside down.

I left her majesty's Army back at the end of 2018, after a full 12 years and joining at the age of 16, I did an extra year at the Army foundation Collage in Harrogate before being put to phase 2 training and moving to my battalion shortly after.
After 6 years I got my only promotion to the rank of lance-corporal, I never tried for anything else have been all over when I was apart of the army, did so much and seem so much more then most do, both good and bad, I'll always look at my career an smile at it because it was something I've always wanted done.

After I left, I decided to get a lottery ticket for the Euro millions, and by my luck, I had won, the solo winner of the jackpot, £112 million.

I then made my friends and family lives better, I got a few homes in U.K and invested money into stocks and businesses, and made   good on it all.
I then decide to move to the US, since I had wanted to live in America for a long time.

After a few months, in mid 2019, I grew bored, I had money, homes, a couple of cars, a few guns and did helicopter lessons, but after at was all done, I was bored, and lonely.

I could get a woman if I wanted, but it would be hard to tell of they'd want me or the money, so I just kept it away, I spent time with my American friends, who I knew from before I was rich.

When watching some TV adverts, I decided to get a job, because that's why I was bored, I'd never had any free time like this and that leads up to now, I'm in the kitchen having a drink while looking at advertisements about guard jobs, club bouncers and security.

As I scrolled down, I saw a picture advert (Same as top, but ignore the VR) and that caught my attention because I didn't know what that actually was. I saw the name below.

'Freda's Pizza Anime Convention, huh, there's something you don't read about everyday' I thought as I looked for more info.

While the picture is interesting, I just wanted to see what this is about, it was something new and that could be what stops me from being so bored around here.

'call xx-420-935-6969 and ask about our security positions available' "huh, a nice number, why the hell not ?, May just be a nice little pass time to enjoy myself". I muttered, then rang the phone.

I had been on the line for a couple seconds until someone picked up the call.
I thought to myself 'here we go....' .
