"Aww!" Sakura complained. "Why can't I stay here with Sasuke?" She eyeballed him, giving him a smile before looking back at Kakashi.

"I've already told you that Sakura. You know the best medicinal supplies and Naruto knows the way back here the best." Kakashi sighed. He glanced at Sasuke. "And Sasuke is the best suited out of the three of you to help her if she were to wake up. And I have to go report her to the Hokage."

"But that's not fair Kakashi-sensei!" Sakura complained again.

Naruto put his hands behind his head. "That's fine with me!" He grinned stupidly.

"Now go." Kakashi said before disappearing in the blink of an eye. Sakura soon followed complaining all the way with Naruto right behind her, leaving Sasuke alone with the sleeping girl.

He took a damp rag and wiped away some of the blood off her face. He then took another damp towel and placed it on her forehead. Why did he have to get stuck with the girl? Kakashi had that look on his face where he knew that something was up with Sasuke, so he let her stay with the girl. 'He is so going to get it when he gets back.' He thought to himself.

He looked at the girl, sleeping peacefully. You know, he might actually agree with Sakura for once. If the girl didn't have all those cuts on her, she wouldn't look half bad. Maybe not cute, but probably not ugly. 'What the...' Where were those thoughts coming from? He face palmed and scowled at his own thoughts. 'I'm probably thinking this because she did that fireball jutsu so well.' He looked back to the girl. That reminded him, how did she create that large of a fireball?

He wet the rag again and wiped her face again, slowly getting it clean. He growled under his breath. Kakashi-sensei was so going to get it.

~ Elsewhere

Kakashi knocked on the door to the Hokage's office. "Come in." he said. When Kakashi entered, the Hokage smiled. "Kakashi. What brings you here?"

Kakashi walked over to his desk. "Well, my team and I were about to go on a mission when a girl ran out of the forest. She created a huge fireball from the fireball jutsu and then collapsed. But the weirdest part was that she screamed, stay back leaf village shinobi, like her life depended on it."

The Hokage placed his hand to his chin. "Hm." He looked up as Kakashi. "This is troublesome. Could you tell me what she looked like?"

Kakashi now looked up and thought about it. "Well, let's see. She had a white outfit with black pants. Her hair was grey and it almost touched the ground in length."

The Hokage immediately straightened up. "Long, grey hair?"

Kakashi nodded his head. "Yes. Is something the matter?"

The Hokage turn to him. "What's the clan symbol on her back torn out?" Kakashi nodded his head. "Did she have two kunai pouches, one on each leg?" Kakashi nodded again. "Did she have a black ribbon where a headband should have been?" He asked dangerously.

"Y-yes." Kakashi nodded his head. "But how did you know?"

The Hokage's face paled. "Where is she now?" His grave tone told him that something was wrong.

"She's unconscious and with Sasuke in an abandoned cottage in the forest." Kakashi said quickly.

The Hokage's eyes flashed ungently. "She's with Sasuke?!"

Kakashi took a step back. "Is that bad?"

The Hokage stood. "Very. Retrieve Sasuke before she kills him."

Kakashi's eyes widened. "Yes sir." He was about to disappear in a puff of smoke when the Hokage put a hand on his shoulder.

"Be swift, be safe, and whatever you do, do not underestimate her." He turned away. "Now go, I need to notify the other nations that she is here." Kakashi quickly disappeared.

The Hokage walked into the messages room. All the people that were there stood up. "Quickly. Send a message to all of the major nations saying this, 'Konoha has spotted criminal #88 and is within territory. Requesting backup in case of encounter. Lend us help and we will be able to kill her once and for all.'"

My apologies for the short chapter, and the next one might be short too, but I just thought that it would a fitting ending. You know, susppence! Anticipation! That kind of stuff. Anyway I will try to post longer chapters in the future. I'm just swamped with homework so I can't do much. Anyways, see ya! ;D
