Quii-Gon Jinn

Quii-Gon makes the top fifteen because he was Obi Wan's master and the reason that Anakin was anything more than a slave on Tatooine. He is kind and caring, and doesn't always blindly follow the Council wherever it leads. He bravely faces Darth Maul, and he truly cares for his Padawan.
