~~~Shivaay's POV~~~

I opened my eyes with so much difficulty and realized that I'm on a bed of hospital.

"Sir..." I turned toward the voice and saw Mishra and Khanna standing.

"Annie where is she?" I asked sitting up.

"Mam is fine. She is in her ward and is sleeping. Thankfully we reached here on time." Mishra told me and I nodded.

"Sir you should've informed us before leaving," Khanna spoke and I looked at him.

"We called you. Didn't we?" I asked and he nodded.

"But the voice wasn't clear. I thought you called from the party and noise..." I cut him.

"Khanna you're not supposed to tell me what you thought. Those noises could be of other things too even if we were at the party even then you're supposed to react and reach us because we won't be calling you for any random thing." I calmly started but ended up shouting at him.

"Sorry, sir. This will not happen again." He looked down and I calmed myself down.

"Where is her ward?" I asked and they took me to the ward and on my order, they left from there.

I moved inside the ward and my heart clenched seeing her laying on the bed with many machines attached to her and needles piercing her skin. I moved closer to her and took the seat beside her bed.

She looks pale and the fear is still there on her face.

"I'm sorry for everything. I'm always wrong and end up hurting you. Forgive me." I held her hand and she blinked her eyes and the next second she was looking at me.

"Shivaay... Are you fine?" She asked me and I smiled with tears and just nodded as no words were coming out of my mouth.

"I'm sorry... For a moment I thought he might have kept my sister alive." She closed her eyes and tears rolled down her cheeks.

"Ssshhh... I'm guilty not you. I am the one who needs to apologize and not you. I did mistake not you." I looked down holding her hand close to me.

"Shivaay we both did it. Let's not make it an issue now. We finished him." She breathed out. "I'm happy we all are safe and now no more tensions will ever arrive in our lives so let's not think about those mistakes and go home." She told me and I smiled.

"I love you." I kissed her forehead and then kissed her belly.

"Okay. If you want to go home, then I'll come back making payments." I kissed her again and left.

After talking to her I felt happy and relieved.

"Khanna... Ready the car. we are going home now." I told him and moved toward the cabin with Mishra.

"Mishra. I need you to handle the lawyer with this murder case and make sure nobody gets to take his dead body from jungle I want animals to eat his body and this will be the punishment for his deeds." I told him and he nodded.

"Sir...Police are already waiting for you down." He told me and I looked at him.

"Okay tell them I'm coming." I moved inside the cabin and greeted doctor.

"Mr Oberoi, do you realise how critical your situation is? And you're roaming." The doctor said and I smiled.

"I'm fine now. We want to go home so you just discharge us." I told him and he looked at me shocked.

"Mad you both are mad I think. You are not fine both of you. You should stay under our observation." He argued back.

"Sure," I smirked and left the cabin.

"Khanna," I told him the things needed to be arranged and left toward the lobby to meet the inspector.

"Mr Oberoi. Can you give us your statement? We need it for the procedure." The inspector asked me and I nodded.

"I think you called me to tell me about his escape?" I asked and the inspector nodded.

"Actually he bribed one constable and escaped. Sorry, but It's our mistake. The constable has been arrested and is suspended too." The inspector explained and I nodded.

"Actually when you called us we were stuck in the jungle and there he arrived with his men. He tried to kill us but Anika got the gun and in her defence she killed him. He also shot her but thankfully she survived." I explained and Inspector took my sign and left from there. I too left toward Annie's ward.

As I entered the ward she looked at me with a smile.

"Shivaay... tell your babies to stop kicking me. I need to rest." She pouted and I chuckled seeing her.

"Do you want me to scold them from now only?" I asked moving closer to her and She smiled.

"No. Dare you scold them and I will never talk with you." She narrowed her eyes.

"I will never do that but dare you." I cupped her face and she smiled.

"They're our lives how can we scold them?" She kissed me on the cheek and I smiled.

"Let's leave."  I helped her stand up and supported her to the car.

"Shivaay let's buy some pani puri in the way." She said and I nodded.

We both chatted and chatted till we reach our house.

"It feels like ages." Annie sadly smiled looking at the house.

"yes. Indeed. But thank God that wasn't ages for real." I chuckled and she smiled.

We both moved into the house and reached our room. As Annie needed rest so I hired those maids to do cooking again.

"Shivaay... What time is it here?" She asked me and I looked at her.

"Do you want to talk with Gauri or all?" I asked and she smiled.

"I want to talk with all but as everyone is so busy so I might just talk with Rudra." She pouted picking up the tablet from the table.

"I'm really sorry because of me you've to stay here away from all." I sat beside her and she smiled looking down.

"Shivaay I've told you umpteenth times to not apologise for the things you're not responsible." She held my hand.

"I'm responsible. Do you want me to explain practically how I'm responsible for this?" I smirked tracing my fingers on her hand.

"Chee... Go I need to rest." She slightly pushed me away with a tint on her cheeks.

"Okay. But let's go and see our plants? You'll feel good." I asked her and she nodded.

I helped her to the garden and taking chairs we sat down near our plants.

"They're always beautiful." She smiled looking at them.

"Just like you." I pulled her chair closer to mine and she rested her head on my shoulder.

"I can't believe we did it." She spoke with a lump in her throat.

"You did it. I'm proud of you. You're not just beautiful but also so strong." I caressed her cheek and she kissed my hand.

"Just like you." She looked at me and I rested my head on hers and we both watched our little garden which may not be so special for other but for us this is very special.

"Shivaay our Pani Puri." She suddenly spoke up and I sighed.

"I will get a heart attack one day because of your this habit." I stood up and she smiled cheekily.

"Your heart is with me. So don't worry dear hubby you won't be getting one." She smiled and I left to ask maids to get arrange the pani puri on the table.

I was ordering them when suddenly I hear Khanna's voice in the speaker.

"Backyard reach fast." And the next second I hear low shrieks of Annie.

I felt my body turning numb but somehow I reached out and the scenario in front of me was so shocking. The guards were pointing Gun toward a boy and he was strangling Annie.

"Hey leave her." I moved and pushed him away and Annie immediately hugged me.

"Sh..." She started to cough badly.

"Bring the doctor here," I shouted and the boy caught my attention as he sat on the floor opposite to us NUMB.

I looked at him and I felt sudden shivers in my body. I watched as the guards grabbed him and tied him up.

"Leave him," I shouted and they dropped him there only.

I looked back and forth toward both of them. 

"I can't believe it." I stared at Annie and She stared back into my eyes with her teary eyes and the next second she closed her eyes.

"Ann..." I froze.
