I am an only child. And a girl. Yes, I have a mom and dad that care for me. I also have two cats. Buttercup and Simba. Together they are sometimes known as the Kitters, Monsters or Beasties. They get along well, and sometimes even "play" together. Either one could start it, but Simba more often ends it.

Simba

He is I think two years old and a orange tabby. He loves to be outside and, sadly, does sometimes catch birds and mice. We have tried many things from bells to crazy clown-looking-like collars, but he can never keep a collar on for more than two weeks. He is very friendly and has lots of energy. Sometimes in the mornings when he wants food, he will come and sit on my parents' chests and lightly bad at their faces.

In contrast to Buttercup, he is very polite when I feed them- he doesn't meow! He just sits at his corner and bats at Butter playfully if she comes near. They both have many nicknames. Some of Simba's include Scruffy, Scruffer, Mr. Scrufflupagis (not actually sure how to spell that!), Wuffy (don't ask), and other such names.

Buttercup

As you can probably tell by the picture, you will most likely find her asleep or trying to get to sleep. She will try to sleep anywhere, from an unused computer keyboard to boxes on the floor. For example, she is currently curled up on a box that is slightly smaller than her, resulting in her tail hanging over the edge. She sometimes hangs out on my bed. Butter is about four years old, and much less playful than Scruffy Monster. She prefers indoors to outdoors, and is part Persian (we think :3). If you scratch or rub hard all along her spine (or tail) she will start licking the closest thing. We have no idea why, but it is just another character trait of our crazy cat.

Buttercup absolutely adores food. She will meow like crazy (which can annoy my family and I a lot) when I try to feed her, and did not learn Simba's trick of rubbing against our legs. She also has many nicknames. Lady Butterella, Cleocatra, Fluffy, Fluffykins, Ghost Cat- all work!
