Guess what?

Tomorrow (and the next day. And the day after that) I'm putting on a play in public! It will be at a local art fair, so people could just walk in and sit down. I am doing it with a children's theatre group. If you are going to an art festival tomorrow, then go to the main stage at noon and maybe (but unlikely) you'll see me! I'll be one of the narrators.

Soooo I'm excited but nervous. I haven't done much theatre outside of school and church. Hopefully it'll be fun. We've been working on the show for about four weeks now, but it's my first summer with the group. We had two dress rehearsals, which is more than I've ever gotten for any of my  dance performances.

With this group you get to choose what three daily classes you take and then audition for a play. Some of the classes perform at Fine Arts Night, where we perform little skits/dances we've been working on. That will be fun. I've performed at that venue before, so it'll be more comfortable.

Welp. I hope to do my best. Wish me luck! *walks on stage* *forgets line* *runs off*

Update: Whew! First show done *pumps fist* Went well. I have another one tomorrow, so I hope I can still do well. Thanks for all the positive comments, guys. It's nice to see how you really care. :)
