According to the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam is planning to

implement bilingual curriculum in some tertiary subjects and build two

international-level universities which will be at the same standards at other

universities in the region and the world. The establishment of the two international-

level universities is one of 33 action plans devised by Ministry of Education and

Training in efforts to implement the National Assembly’s education laws.
