I woke up to a ringing sound. Jackie laid in a bed near me. Peck stood not too far away talking to Greely, "What do you mean it's ok? He changed again!" I could barely tell what they were talking about. I stood up and shook my head trying to stop the ringing. I heard a psst coming from the door. Jackie made some hand movement telling me to come over. While Greely and Peck were turned away from us. Jackie and I rushed out of the room. Jade jumped in front of us clearly disappointed. After a minute of silence, she sighed, "You two will always act like kids won't you?" Jade moved, "Get going before someone else comes. If you get in trouble, I wasn't part of this." We rushed to the door. She chuckled, "Oh, and Dare." I turned to see her smirking, "Yes?" She let out a laugh, "Don't go assassinating Alphas, Ok?" I nodded slowly and she walk off. Jackie then pushed me out the door, "Eyes on me only." I gave Jackie a strange look, "What do you mean by... WHY WOULD I..? SHE'S LIKE... HUNDREDS OF YEARS OLD!" Jackie chuckled and we headed off to her house. I coughed when we got there clearly out of breathe, "We wont talk about The King for a while, agreed?" She nodded silently.
