Here we see a woman who is lost in Odessa, Ukraine and she is trying to find her way around the area.

Woman: "Ugh, can't find my way around this place and I thought going to a funeral for both of my parents was bad enough."

The woman then sees a man in an old police uniform from the USSR era and heads to him.

Woman: "Excuse me sir, can you help me with some directions?"

Officer: *sees the woman*"Da."

We see the Officer lead the woman down an alley as we see the officer turn into his true form of that of SCP-1366-RU as the woman sees it.

Woman: "Oh god!"

Then the two disappeared moments later without anyone's suspicion on them. Sometime later, we see you and Kendyl in the office in Odessa, Ukraine and you see a book about Uncle Styopa.

(Y/N): "So the SCP is named after the children's tale about Uncle Styopa?"

Kendyl: "Yep, SCP-1366-RU is a humanoid entity that resembles a police officer wearing an older uniform from the USSR and its primary target are people who have lost their parents. He stands 5 meters tall, he has no muscle under the skin with no eyes or ears on the head. And the stick that is in the place of a left hand is ingrown and appears to be a baton that was used to direct traffic. Despite his mouth being damaged he can still talk but he's inarticulate but still has a mental influence on his victims and people who walk by don't seem to notice him. His true form can be revealed through recordings."

(Y/N): "Why are you referring to the SCP as a person?"

Kendyl: "I like to refer to SCPs as people, you have autism and you're my brother. So I treat SCPs like people with supernatural disabilities."

(Y/N): "Yeah, too bad our brother doesn't. Remember when we watched Friday the 13th movies?"

Kendyl: "Yeah Gary just wants Jason Voorhees dead because he said he was born a monster and monsters don't deserve to live. He doesn't care about how much pain Jason went through as a kid, all he cares about is wanting Jason dead just because he's ugly when he was a kid."

(Y/N): "Yeah and as for Freddy Kruger, he was born in a family that has 100 maniacs."

Kendyl: "Enough about those guys, let's get back to the SCP. So anyways the SCP takes its victims somewhere but we don't know where."

(Y/N): "Maybe back to their parents?"

Kendyl: "That is a good theory. We need to test that."

(Y/N): "With a D-Class?"

Kendyl: "Yep."

(Y/N): "Do we have to use a D-Class for everything?"

Kendyl: "Well I don't enjoy them getting torn to pieces."

(Y/N): "Yeah me neither."

Sometime later, you and Kendyl selected a D-Class who is an orphan and attached a tracker to him. You and Kendyl see the D-Class talking to SCP-1366-RU through the camera.

(Y/N): "Alright they're talking with each other."

Kendyl: "Well I hope this will work."

You and Kendyl then see the camera go into static and you look at the tracker.

(Y/N): "What happened, where did they go?"

Kendyl: *checks the tracker*"By the looks of the tracker, 5000 km away from here."

(Y/N): "Then let's go there."

You and Kendyl then follow the tracker on the D-Class and you all arrive at the cemetery. You all followed the tracker to a grave of the D-Class' mother.

(Y/N): "Is the D-Class here?"

Kendyl: "Well, we're on top of the tracker, guess we should start digging."

(Y/N): *pulls out some shovels*"Please forgive us for disturbing your final resting place, ma'am."

We see you and Kendyl keep digging until you both hit the coffin, once you both open the coffin you both see the corpse of the D-Class with his mother.

(Y/N): "Oh so that's what happened to him?"

Kendyl: "He died and shared a grave with his mother."

(Y/N): "So that's what Uncle Styopa does."

Kendyl: "I think that SCP-1366-RU is a benevolent SCP that wants to help people reunite them with their parents in his own way."

You and Kendyl then leave the cemetery and you both bump into SCP-1366-RU aka Uncle Styopa.

U. Styopa: "I see you have lost your parents, you two were under my radar."

Kendyl: "You have influence over some people but not us."

U. Styopa: "Da, you're right."

(Y/N): "I know you are trying to help people in your own way, but I think our parents want us to help people too."

U. Styopa: "Da, I see, cherish every moment with each other."

(Y/N): "Thank you Uncle Styopa."

U. Styopa: "Do svidaniya."

You and Kendyl then see Uncle Styopa disappear as you and Kendyl turn to each other.

(Y/N): "I think he was trying to use his mental influence on us."

Kendyl: "Yeah, I think he feels bad about us."

(Y/N): "You think so? Have we been able to contain him?"

Kendyl: "We haven't contained him because it's not possible."

(Y/N): "Gotcha. So what's next?"

Kendyl: "We have an entity that is attacking people in the Japanese branch and it has not been caught yet."

(Y/N): "Alrighty then, what are we waiting for? To Japan we go!"

Meanwhile, we see a man come home as we see the man hang up his police uniform and we see a portrait of you and your family as we see your mother and father's heads were crossed off with Xs and then the camera then pan to a map of the world with numerous dots on it with high school pictures of you and Kendyl on the wall. We see pictures of movie monsters like Jason Voorhees, Chucky, Slappy, and Michael Myers with Xs on them and we see numerous kids toys like toy soldiers, dolls, action figures, and windup toys torn to pieces like they were massacred the moment they entered the house like this man bought the toys just to destroy them. We see the face of the man and he is Gary as he then sits down at his chair throwing darts at a picture of you and Kendyl.

Gary: "One of these days I will have you both join mom and dad along with the rest of the monsters."
