"At last, Omkara finally got married to Gauri. I thought It will never happen especially after the fight between her father and Shakthi regarding the marriage venue. Their marriage is full of dramas and fights. Even harsh got tired in consoling each other. They were tired. 

"Baby slept." - Anika said while ruffling one-year-old Aniket's hair and kissed his head. 

"He was too tired. Let's go home and come back to Mom's house in the early morning. Even you're tired, Look at yourself." - Shivaay said while driving, Anika closed her eyes and dozed off in the seat. He reduced the Airconditioner temperature, She was sleeping holding Aniket close to her chest. By then, His phone rang. It's from Aditi, Shivaay's, and Anika's common friend, They became friends when Raima was pregnant. She is a gynecologist. Aniket woke up and looked at him. 

"You sleep, Kiddo. It's just Aditi Aunty." - Shivaay said and rested back his head in her chest, Anika woke up next. 

"What happened?" - She whispered. 

"It's Aditi." - Shivaay said and attended the call. 

"Hello, Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi. How are you?" - Aditi asked him in a cherished tone.

"Fine, Dr. Aditi Sharma." - He responded. 

"I didn't call to talk with you, Give the phone to Mrs. Oberoi. Her phone is switched off." - Aditi asked, Shivaay put the phone in the speaker and nudged Anika to respond, But she was too tired.

"Hey, Aditi, What's up?" - Anika asked her. 

"Hey, Have you put on fat? You look so healthy and chubby in the pictures." - Aditi asked her. 

"Don't ask about it, Last six months, Went full of stress and tension, I even didn't have a moment to breathe." - Anika complained. 

"I can see that." - Aditi laughed sarcastically, "Madam even forget to collect her reports which were taken before two months." Aditi added with a smile. Anika and shivaay glanced at each other. Over then, Anika recalled she went through some regular check-up as her father insists her to take every two months. 

"Oh, I completely forgot in the tension. Everything alright, Aditi." - Anika asked in a tense tone. Shivaay stopped the car. 

"Actually, Just now, Look through your reports. Can you both come to the hospital to collect it?"- Aditi asked her. 

"Everything alright?"- Shivaay asked her. 

"I can't say anything over the phone, Shivaay." - She said, The next moment, Shivaay drove his car towards the hospital, He was too tensed than her. Shivaay took Aniket in his arms and he was awake sensing the tension of his parents. They rushed inside her cabin when she was drinking the coffee reading the reports in the cabin. 

"Everything Alright, Aditi?" - Anika asked, She was panting in fear. It was shivaay who approached her next. She asked both of them to take a seat when shivaay was too tensed than her. 

"How someone can this much careless, Anika? You took the test before two months. Shivaay, It's nothing serious, Relax." - Aditi said looking at her. 

"My Brother-in-law got married, You know the stress, I even didn't have proper time to eat meals, Everything went out of order." - Anika said to her. 

"Tell about your menstrual cycle, It's on time."- Aditi asked, Over then, She realized Periods skipped for the whole three months. Aditi smiled at her when her eyes came out in shock. Shivaay still reminded confused. 

"So, Aniket, How are you?" - Aditi asked her son, Who was sitting in shivaay's lap. He nodded yes while leaning in shivaay's body. 

"You know, Aniket, You are getting a promotion." - Aditi said looking at him. Shivaay eyebrows united in confusion, He looked at Anika who looked at her without any blink. 

"You're going to become a big brother soon." - Aditi said, Shivaay couldn't process anything for a while, He looked at her and then looked at Aditi. Tears crossed from Anika eyes, But shivaay couldn't process whether it's a dream or reality.

"And Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi, The tests were taken before two months, And she was a month pregnant by that time. So now, She's three months pregnant." - Aditi said Tears crossed from Shivaay's eyes. He couldn't focus on anything, But the next moment he pulled Anika to his embrace and kissed her forehead. 

"I am pregnant." - Anika whispered to him, Still in shock. 

"We are Pregnant."- He whispered back connecting their forehead.

"Continue your Romance session going back to home. Now let me do my job." - Aditi said and asked anika to accompany them. They both followed her. She made her sit in the bed and took the sonography equipment outside. 

"My patient and her husband didn't take care of you for the past three months, So I have to make sure Whether you're fine or not. Baby."- Aditi said while applying the gel in her slight bulged tummy. Over then, He noticed her slightly showing up belly. 

When the image was shown in the monitor, Tears escaped uncontrollably from his eyes, It was his dream come true moment. Their own child. Anika couldn't take her eyes off from the monitor screen. 

"Baby."- Aniket said while pointing the fingers to the monitor screen. Anika and shivaay turned towards him chuckled. Shivaay kissed his cheeks and held Anika's hand tightly. 

"Even After having an Alcohol party last night, The baby is totally fine and healthy, And please from now on, Take care. You officially stepped into the second trimester. The golden period of Pregnancy. Go behen, Jele apni Zindagi." - Aditi said but shivaay captured the baby sonography image in his phone. They never thought of getting surprised this much. Both were in cloud nine. 

"You are going to become Daddy again!" - Anika said when he helped her to stand up from the bed. 

"And you mummy." - Shivaay said with a wide smile. 

"And our Aniket, Bhaiya." - Anika took him in her hands and showered him with kisses.

She never she will be straightly shifted to the golden period of pregnancy. She never thought she's pregnant until Aditi told them about it. The moment they saw their unborn child in the monitor screen, They were spellbound, All she thinks about is the perfection of her life. She didn't yearn for anything, It felt like everything came in a way like it has to, She got married to her love, Her crush without any drama, Adopted a kid, and now pregnant with his child, What else she can ask for. 

"Isn't it perfect?" - Anika finally asked. 

"What?" - He asked her. 

"Our life. I never thought everything will set so perfect in our life." - Anika said to him. Only he knows, How their lives messed up in the past. Now he was happy to hear the word perfect from her. He worked so hard to set everything perfect in her life. 

"We deserve this life, Baby!" - He said holding her hand in the passenger seat. She held his hand tightly. Over then, Her phone beeped. She swiped up the message, Her eyes widened in shock. 

"What happened, Ani?" - He asked looking at her shocked eyes. 

"Just a min! I have to make a call." - She said dialling the number. 

"Yea... Are you sure with the news?" - Anika asked someone over the phone. 

"Oh my god! Yeah, It's shocking... What the hell?...  Really?" - She asked in a shocking tone. Looking at her in the distressed state, He got scared. But he was driving, He was patiently waiting for her answers. 

"What happened, Ani?" - Shivaay again asked her. 

"It might be shocking for you. You remember the girl who tried to rip you off that night," - She asked him. First, He shrugged off as she teases him with that incident every time she gets a chance. But now, She sounded serious. 

"Is anything serious?" - He asked.

"Her girlfriend Jenna committed suicide." - She said gazing her phone. Jenna, He knew about her, He didn't understand when anika called Jenna as her girlfriend. 

"Girlfriend?" - He asked her confusingly. 

"She's the bi. And Jenna is her girlfriend. I came to know when I got to work with her while I was doing my internship." - She said. Looking at him. He became unusually shocked. Anika smiled looking at his reaction but he focused more on driving to reach safely with his pregnant wife and son. 

"She's what?" - He asked. 

"Bi... Bisexual. Jenna is her long-term girlfriend." - She replied with a smile, He knows about Jenna, She's her roommate in London, And Tia told him that they are soul-sisters thankfully found each other. Now he understands, Why she termed the word, SOUL SISTER. 

"So, Babe. Shocked?" - Anika asked, Initially he nodded yes but composing himself he nodded no. 

"Why does it matter to me?" - He asked her digesting the lie part of his life. 

"Yeah, Why should you think about a person who tried to take advantage of your drunken state?"- She chuckled. 

"The post-modern report says she's affected by Aids. And also she was high in drugs during that time." - She said in a low tone. He stopped the car in an instant, His eyes widened to shock. He couldn't stop himself from recalling the moment when he traveled to London to meet her.

The time when they had gone for a trek, Tia and him accompanied by his group of friends. Jenna is the one who shared her needle when he fell unconscious in the half of the way, They dozed him with vitamins which made him stay conscious for the rest of the travel. So his life completely changed because of Jenna's needles at that time. And in an exact few days, He got the news that he affected by Aids. So It's all happened due to the bad influence he was in during that time. 

"Mr. Oberoi. What happened? Why did you stop the car?" - Anika asked snapping her fingers. 

"Nothing, Just. Nothing..." - He said and started the car. But Anika didn't stop staring at him confusingly. 

"Shall I ask one question?" - She asked while placing her head in his shoulder. 

"What if I was the person who took advantage of your drunken state that night?" - She asked in a cozy tone. He chuckled and looked away. 

"Mumma."- They heard Anish's voice from Anika's lap. He's nearing two years,  And he started to speak a little bit clearer. But they both busted to laugh when he didn't fail to sneak into their romantic moment.

"Yeah, Baby!" - Shivaay answered. But he turned towards Anika and called her mumma. She was surprised as he calling her mumma for the first time. 

"My cutie-pie." - She adored him and showered him with kisses. Shivaay's fear wiped away from his heart forever. He thought he got affected unknowingly but now, He has an answer to that question which indirectly told him that he had to live the rest of his life with her.
