The Third Woz is a zealous supporter of Inner Sougo from a dark 2068 timeline and one of the main antagonists of the Kamen Rider Zi-O novel.

He transforms into Another Woz, an Another Rider derived from Kamen Rider Woz.

History:
Emerging in the World of Zi-O resetted by Sougo Tokiwa, the Third Woz used his version of Future Note to awake Inner Sougo persona in the main Sougo Tokiwa and reset timeline once again. Seeing how his Shin Ohma Advent Calendar started to disappear, Black Woz went to the past only to arrive into 2018 of the new timeline.

With the help of the Third Woz, Inner Sougo reigned in this timeline and became the ruler known as "Ohma Zi-O" in 2068. When Black Woz and Sougo (The Fourth History) went to this version of 2068 after being assaulted by Another Geiz and Another Woz, who sported the 2068 mark on his body, the Third Woz successfully transformed Tsukuyomi (The Fourth History) and Geiz (The Fourth History) into Another Geiz and Another Tsukuyomi respectively, ordering Another Geiz to go to the past of old timeline and confront Woz and Sougo so the time loop that brought them here will be closed. After that, he orders Another Tsukuyomi to the past of new timeline to do the same - make Woz and Sougo go back to the old timeline to find out what's happening and get the Decade Ridewatch.

After making his plan work, the Third Woz used blank Anotherwatch to steal Kamen Rider Woz's powers from Black Woz and became Another Woz. Using the Decade Ridewatch, he and Inner Sougo went back to the 2018 of the old timeline, right before Sougo Tokiwa met Geiz and Tsukuyomi for the first time to prevent doing that and let only the old version of Ohma Zi-O exist.

Their plans, however, were thwarted by Black Woz and Sougo successfully saved the flow of time and defeated Inner Sougo, along with Black Woz, taking his powers back. After that, the Third Woz disappeared.
