Of course we all know the failed attempt of when Sakura tried to take Sasuke's life away with a kunai, which in other cases, almost got her OWN life taken away. Now, I get hella comments saying that Sakura had a posioned kunai in hand..

Well guess what..

IT WOULDN'T WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I'm not just saying that the kunai wouldn't work because Sasuke was so strong to the point he practically anihilated Team 7, I'm saying it wouldn't work because of Orochimaru's teachings. If you remember Anko's Story/Flashback, she was taught and trained by Orochimaru herself and in the process of that training, Orochimaru taught her how to be immune to many poisons, as well as he did with his other pupils. 

So Sasuke was personally trained by Orochimaru, but was taught to be immune to many poisons just as Anko and endure them. 

NOT TO MENTION SAKURA EVEN CARED A FLUCKING VACCINE. Why would you carry a vaccine? If your attempting to take away a person's life, you wouldn't have any use for the vaccine. She probably knew she was going to die by Sasuke's hand and decided to get the vaaccine just in case the 'mission' backfired and the poison went into her body.
