How do you fix it?

Do numbers have to be in sets of 5 or multiples of 10 or even numbers?
Ex: Like the volume on my tv has to be an even number or set of 10, like 10, 20, 30, 40, 50...

Why is it your favorite number?
Ex: mine is 13 because I was born on the 13th and old buildings don't have 13 floors and there's the movie series Friday the 13th.
