yes ...he was in love...deeply...madly ....in love with his chirayya...and his not yet born princess/prince.

"Gauri...im home...mein golgappa lai hai jiske liye tumne poocha tha..bahut mehnat karna pada mujhe."

saying this omkara set the grocery on the kitchen counter.he took out the 2 big boxes of icecream which he bought for his chirayya who crave for it whole night and he kept it inside the fridge so that it dont melt awaking the dabang avatar of his gauri.Gauri have been craving for icecreams and golgappas...and as a responsible pati he stocked it whenever it was compleately consumed by his chirayya...

omkara was about to take the remaining groceries and it was then omkara noticed that house was too quite.

He walk down out to the lounge but the usual loud tv was off and omkara spotted that the coutch was empty.suddently little anaay entered gesturing omkara to pick him up...omkara took anay in his arms.

"Hey anaay...tumhari ri kaha hai??aur tumhari mumma pappa kaha gai??"

"voh log shivanya didi ki shkool gai hai...pappa na bahut nalaz thi didi se...ushne kaha ki didu ko bahut kam mark mili hai...aur use teachel she dhaant bhi milega"

"oh..acha...matlab aaj chachu ke anay akele hai??waise ri kaha hai??"asked om

"ri??voh mele shat dolemon dekh lahi thi...aur voh kuch dheer pehle room chali gai ..kehrahi thi ki ushe baby disturb kar raha hai..pet se..."

"Aur tumne ri ko akele room bheja??"asked a bit tensed om..

"Nai!!!meine aapse plomish kiya tha na ki meri ri aur baby ko akele nai rehne dengi...meine ushke shaat room gai thi..voh shone tak vahi thi mein..."

"aawwee....anaay tumhare yeh aane wale baby hai na...voh bahut lucky hai .... use tum jaise bhai jo milne hai... "said om to which little anaay giggled and anaay asked om to move towards his room where gauri was.

They walked inside but there was no gauri in the bed.anaay sits down on the bottom of the bed and looked at om.

"ri kaha hai??yaha dikhai nai deta"asked om hell tensed.

"gauri!!??"omkara saw a hand on the end of the other side of the bed.He quickly walk over and see gauri sitting there with her hand placed on her baby bump.

"Whats wrong gauri??kya hua??dard ho raha hai??"omkara asked gauri while taking her other hand in his.

"something doesnt feel right omkaraji mujhe jaisa lagraha hai ki kuch bura hone wala hai"she winced as she squeezed her hand on his.

"sab kuch theek hoga gauri...tum aur hamari baby...dono theek hi hoga"

omkara touched her bump to assure that she would be safe with him.He helped her up and they walked towards the car then hurriedly drived to the hospital.In situation similar to this,she's usually the one thats calm and the one reassuring omkara everything is going to be just fine but omkara knew its his turn to take care of her as well as their little one and they reached the hospital.

gauri was fast asleep on the bed while omkara sat on the chair next to her,her hand is in omkaras.He didnt know what he would do if something happened to her or his lil baby who wasnt born yet.

suddently there was a knock on the door and the doctor peeped in through it...

"Doctor??hua kya tha??gauri theek hai na??mere baby??"he asked as he stand up and carefully set her hand down.

"yes mr.oberoi...aapke beevi bacha dono theek hai...aapko tension hone ki zaroorat nahi hai;bass aapki wife ka blood pressure Bahut high hai aur bache ki heart beat bhi badti jaa rahi hai and false labour.It usually doesnt happen but every pregnancy is different na...so it happened.Agar Aise he chalta raha toh mushkil badh sakti hai."

"Kya iska koi ilaaj nhn hai doc." om asks him

"Ilaaj hai aur wo yeh hai ki hume aapke wife ka emergency operation karna padega.par issmein koi risk nai hai.bass premature baby hoga toh uska NIICU main rakhenge..."

Om will think about it and say "Theek hai doc Jo karna hai kijiye bas Meri biwi aur bache ko bacha lijiye."

doctor:They are too lucky to have u mr.oberoi and ya i promise baby aur mumma dono theek hoga

The doctor assured om.He take a breath of relief and thank her.

"if u have any questions,here are some information about Pre eclampsia and false labour."

The doctor handed omkara two pamphlets before he exits the room and omkara thanked him again.

"oh ...by the way mr.omkara u did right thing by bringing her here at time.You are going to be the best father ever."

"kya mein use dekh sakta hoon??"asked om

Yes Mr.oberoi! Sure.. you can spend some time here while we go and prepare the operating room the doc says and walks out

Closing the door, om takes in gauri’s hands into his. Placing a quick kiss over her palm he says, I promise gauri Sab theek ho jaayega. Bahut jaldi humara bacha humare saath hoga

Omkara Ji! Hume Bahut darr lag raha hai... Abhi toh humara 7 mahina He chal raha hai... itna chota bacha kaise Zinda rahega Gauri asks him in fear

Gauri tumahri tabiyet theek nhn hai! Doc ne Mujhe kaha hai ki yehi best hai tumahre aur baby ke liye... Main tum dono Main se kisi ko bhi khona nhn chahta hoon... agar wo bacha Meri Zindagi hai Toh tum Meri dhadkan ho gauri... bharosa rakho humara bacha theek hoga... doc ne kaha hai ki machine main rakhenge bache ko kyunki time kam hai na!!

Sab theek hoga na?? Gauri asks him as if asking reassurance

Haan Sab theek hoga! Bas tum haunsla rakho.. tum toh dabbang gauri ho toh kaise himmat haar sakti ho tum
With that said, a nurse knocks on their door... wheeling her out from the room while om looks on, the nurse assures that calming her down.

After about 45 mins, the doctor comes out with a few nurses trailing behind him!! Doc is my wife doing okay?? Was the first thing omkara asked the doc

Yes mr. Oberoi! Mrs. oberoi is just under the anesthesia.. we will move her to recovery after which she will moved back to her room.. you can meet her once she is waved off her anesthesia effect.. the doctor assures

And the baby! Om asks courageously

Your wife has given birth to a beautiful baby boy.... but we will keep in the NIICU since he is premature.. we will run some tests on him and when we feel he is fit to be released, you can take him with you... the doctor tells him with a smile as he notices om’s expressions  change from fear to elation...
