That's the end of the line for the first gen.  Originally this story was only supposed to be twenty chapters.  Now look, forty four chapters later!  A lot of those chapters were fueled by comments and reactions to chapters.  So those things matter to writers.

This probably is the first story I wrote where there were so many emotions involved and at one point I feared for a character's life!  LOL

 Special shout out to RedHatNicky. They taught me how to create a character you hate but end up loving.
