Flames. Flames everywhere. " I'm the only survivor." A blue penguin said in anguish. She pulled her lower half upwards, standing up on injured feet. That didn't matter.

What matter was....Tisa! She killed their family without remorse. The blue penguin curls her flippers, eyes flashing with rage. " Tisa, how could you?" She whispered with disdain.

The female red fox was gone already. Her words passed over empty air. She breathed heavily, anger burned in her chest. I can't wait to get my revenge! She destroyed my family! Why would she do this? She's no longer my sister!

She growled as she replayed it. No matter how many times she replayed the moment, it would never seem to her like a good memory.

She really wanted to forgive her sister, but after what happened today all she wanted was to slice her stomach open. She would never do that. She just couldn't handle her anger right now.

The little Piplup waddled away from the charcoaled house, a glare in her eyes as she turned back to see it once more before she turned around.

" Who's there?" She asked, listening to a sound of something. It was as if it was swinging on a vine. A little monkey popped out in front of her, giggling profoundly.

She was confused. What does he find so funny? She wondered, a flipper to her mouth in confusion.

The little monkey was orange-and-cream with black, curious, eyes. He seemed to stare at her, as though he had been watching her for a while.

But that couldn't be it? Could it? Was this monkey stalking her? She wondered.

But the monkey was in fact, strange to her. She had no idea who he was. Then he said one thing that changed her life for the better: " Join the Starter Squad with me."

Authors note: The last part is sort of a reference, or a Pokémon version of "Le Petit Prince" Or called the little prince in English. The demand that the Chimchar( as you have probably have noticed from the description) is in fact a changes version of what the little prince from that book said. Just wanted to clear that up. Originally what it would say is: " Draw me a sheep." But I changed that for this story because I wanted to incorporate it in. Hope you've enjoyed and at least learned something. Lol.
