One week later............

"How is everything going on in the trust?"

"Fine Sir."

" If there is any problem let me know I will see how can I help you ,ok? "

" Thank you sir, as for now everything is going good and I am happy about that"

" Does Riddhima know about this?"

" No Sir"

" Why don't you tell her?"

"I think it's not necessary for her to know Sir".

" Kyun Armaan, yeh tum dono ka Sapna tha?"

" I know Sir but now it's only my dream"

" But Armaan......."

"She has many problems now to deal with rather than this"

" Yeah right,if she comes to know then......"

" Then I will and I can handle her don't worry Sir".

" Ok "

Armaan and Shashank will be having conversation outside the OT. Their conversation will be disturbed by Riddhima who comes there to meet Shashank.

" Yeh Kya kusur pusur  chal rahe hai aap dono ke beech? " Riddhima asks them both raising her eyebrows with folded hands. Sid who is going in that way stops hearing riddhima's voice and listens to them.

" Kuch nahi bas kuch hum baap bete ki baatein ho rahe Hain aur kuch nahi."
Shashank says to her.

" Hum kuch bhi baat Kare tumse Kya hai"armaan asks riddhima who glares at him.

Armaan and Riddhima are in talking terms now as they are handling a critical case together for which avoiding each other has become impossible for them.

" Tumse Matlab yeh mere dad hai mein inse kuch bhi pooch sakti hoon " riddhima says to armaan while hugging Shashank.

" We were just talking and not planning any crime that you are behaving like this and I know he is your dad, you don't need to say me" armaan says glaring at Riddhima who sticks her tongue out.

" Arey stop it both of you, you both are my kids, don't fight like that" Shashank says laughing at their childishness while hugging them both.

" Do you want to ask something riddhima?" Shashank asks riddhima while releasing from hug.

" Ha Papa kuch important nahi hai par aise hi kuch baat karni thi." Riddhima says smiling.

" Ok then we will talk while having our lunch, Chalo bacho" Shashank says to both for which riddhima agrees.

" Sir aap log jaayiye mujhe kuch Kaam hai mein baad mein lunch karoonga" armaan says while stepping back and Riddhima smile drops.

" No armaan you cannot neglect your meals, work is important but not more than your health, this is break time you should eat first then you can do your work" Shashank says to him concerned.

" But sir....."

" Papa aaj Kal yeh aisa hi Kar Raha hai apna dhyaan bilkul nahi rakh Raha hai, he is skipping his meals,he is drowning himself in loads of work, he is not taking care of himself and........" Riddhima will be complaining but armaan cuts her off.

" Oh teacher.....stop complaining to my dad please....." Armaan says in a dramatic way which irritates riddhima and Shashank will be enjoying their bickerings.

" Armaan don't call me teacher" riddhima says pointing her index finger at him.

" One who is always complaining will be called as a teacher only......" Armaan also says pointing his finger at her.

" Ok ok......peace......stop it now......you both still behave like kids" Shashank says to them smiling.

" She started it"

" No you started it"

"No you"

" STOP IT BOTH OF YOU......FOLLOW ME TO MY CABIN......RIGHT NOW" Shashank shouts to stop them and goes to his cabin ordering them to follow him while they both calm down and follow him like lost puppies.

Sid who is watching all this don't understand whether to feel happy or sad seeing their bond like a family. He feels restless these days not knowing what is right and what is wrong. Sid Seeing them bonding like a family feels good but also feels bad not being able to share such bond with them and most importantly he feels bad because he is coming between their bond and happiness. He shrugged off his thoughts and goes back to his duty.

Armaan, Riddhima and Shashank will be eating in his cabin while talking about random things.

" Umm.....Papa have you heard about 'AR TRUST' ? Riddhima asks Shashank who looks at armaan for his reaction but armaan stays calm.

" Yeah" Shashank says simply.

"Isn't it great Papa that trust is helping people who can't afford treatments and medications" Riddhima asks him with curiosity.

" Yes it's indeed a great trust which is helping poor people" Shashank replies smiling looking at armaan who will be looking down thinking something.

" I came to know just 2days back from a patient who was unable to afford his treatment"riddhima says to him and he just nods.

" The trust is helping for the people who are economically backward for treating their diseases, surgeries and medicines cost. Even sanjeevani has also got help from that trust" Shashank says to riddhima.

" Do you know papa whose this trust belongs to?" Riddhima asks Shashank who looks at armaan who sits silently.

" Whoever it may be, he must be a great person with great heart helping people" Shashank says feeling proud while looking at armaan and riddhima nods while eating.

Riddhima observes the silent behaviour of armaan which is unusual but continues eating happily as after longtime she is having her meal with her family especially with Armaan.

" So armaan finished your packing?" Shashank asks him and Riddhima looks at them confused.

" Yes sir almost" armaan says.

" What packing?" Riddhima asks frowning.

" You didn't tell her armaan, armaan is going for a medical conference at London from sanjeevani for 1 week"Shashank says to riddhima who looks at armaan and he nods at her.

" Oh ok" she says but she felt some uneasiness.

" When is your flight?" Shashank asks armaan.

" Today midnight at 2 am Sir " armaan replies smiling and Shashank nods.

" Ok Sir I will be going ,time for the duty" saying this armaan goes back to the duty and Riddhima also follows him saying bye to Shashank.

Armaan will be Sitting in the fire escape thinking about the past.

Flashback:

Armaan what are you thinking?

Nothing just thinking about financial crisis we have faced in sanjeevani.

I know armaan I am also thinking that again we should not face such problem in future.

Exactly basket I am also thinking the same , I think we should do something for sanjeevani like some savings,some funds,some donations inorder to meet such problem.

Armaan When we become senior doctors we will plan something to allocate and save the funds to help the needy.

Yes ,we will allocate some part of our salary, we will collect some funds, web will give and collect donations and save that money for future crisis.

That's a good idea.

Actually I am thinking it's better to open a trust which can access, can collect donations and maintain funds for the people who cannot afford treatments,operating costs and costly medicines.

Wow that's awesome idea but it takes lot of effort to do all that armaan.

Yes I know but I will do it for sure ,I cannot see us and sanjeevani in this condition once again. Now this my dream and goal from now .

Not only yours but Our dream armaan.

Yes of course basket,we will always be partners in anything and everything in our life.

Riddhima says smiling to him to which Armaan kisses her forehead and they happily hug each other tightly.

Flashback ends.

Armaan thinks about the past and tears slip out from his eyes.

' I am fulfilling our dream riddhima.......but without you..... I made sure it should be done in fair and legal way. Billy helped me in this from 3 months  and now Dr. Shashank is also helping me. I kept the name of the trust in our name......as it was our dream......which is......AR TRUST "
Smiling with tears armaan goes back to his duty.
