Sanjeevani, Delhi :-

Atul comes to sanjeevani,goes to reception and signs in for his duty. He don't know how should he feel whether happy or sad,happy because armaan is with him now and sad because he is not the armaan he knew anymore.

His thoughts drifted to the day when armaan came to Delhi..........

Three months back.......
when Atul was mourning over Anjali as she went back to Mumbai leaving him alone here, that time he came to know that a new doctor was joining.

He was least interested on that person because his love went away from him and he was not in a position to welcome that new doctor.

He came to sanjeevani all gloomy that day and went to reception to ask about the new joining doctor. He got informed that the new doctor is already waiting for him in the cafe.

There he saw all ladies staff,girls and some patients were all staring dreamily at a boy who is sitting drinking his coffee with his back facing him. When that person turned, Atul was shocked, surprised and excited to see his best friend and brother standing there with his arms open for hug with a smile saying Champ.

Atul jumped on him,hugged him and enquired all the details from him. He was more than happy that day when armaan told him that he didn't want to leave his brother alone anymore and decided to come for atul to work with him in Delhi.

At first armaan was ok or was trying to be ok Atul didn't understand but later it was confirmed when he saw him always lost in his thoughts,staring at space endlessly,decreasing of his smile gradually and increasing of frown on his face day by day.

He doesn't want to see his brother like that but it was the result of suppression of his pain,grief and sorrow.

Like this one month had passed and that day was joining of the new interns. Armaan was given the duty of their briefing and reporting.

Interns....... Atul chuckles remembering them,he first got reminded of the scene how those girl interns drooled over Armaan who not even spared a glance at them. Especially that Tia Mishra who has a huge crush on armaan tries every chance to be close to him and flirt with him. And this made armaan more angrier than before which resulted him behaving like Hitler to them ,strict with rules and regulations.

All these flirtings and starings made him irritated, frustrated and angered him more. These all things have made himself pushed away from all the people in the hospital.And those poor interns are afraid of him so much that they shiver under his gaze.

These all made armaan look like angry young man but only those people who are close to him knows how vulnerable and fragile armaan is. He wonders how all these people will react when they actually know armaan......the real armaan....... the original armaan.......the one piece......
the Armaan mallik.

Three months have been passed in a blink with work,work and work. Atul knows armaan intentionally keeps himself busy with loads of work to keep himself away from the thoughts. But he also knows that at the end of the day all those thoughts, memories,pain and tears come back to him.

Now today when he looks at his best friend it appears as if he doesn't know him at all. It's not like that armaan is not close to him anymore but in the hospital he appears to be a total different person.

Sighs

Armaan took three months break from everything after he left sanjeevani and Mumbai. No one budged him about where he was because everyone knew he needed some space and time to get over from what happened.

But it is clear now he didn't get over anything how much ever he tried to. But it is paining to see him like this so that's why Atul took one week break and went to Chandigarh to talk to his friends who were hell worried about everything.

His train of thoughts were disturbed by the announcement made for him to come to reception. He sighs loudly and goes there...........

" Dr. Atul , where is Dr. Mallik? " Tia asks him looking here and there for Armaan.

" Armaan went to attend a critical surgery in the city hospital, So I will be taking your briefing today." Atul says smiling slightly at everyone.

Atul assigns them their duties and tells them to go to their duties.

" Dr. Atul can I ask you something?" T asks hesitatingly.

" Yeah sure......" Atul says looking into the file.

" I want to know about Dr. Mallik." She says and looks down while Rohit and Mehak looked at her.

" Why?" Atul asks now looking up at her.

" Just like that ,you know, we don't know much about him......" T says and looks expectedly at him while Atul sighs.

" What do you want to know?" Atul asks her.

" Anything about him,his personal information,his friends,his relationships........." T says and trails off when Atul gives her a pointed look.

" All I can say about armaan is, he is not the actual armaan whom you all are seeing now and I wonder you will ever get a chance to see real armaan or not" Atul says staring at space with sadness.

" What do you mean sir? We didn't understand" Rohit asks him.

" See I am saying to all of you don't think about him too much." Atul says and continues........

" It's better for you people not to try to get close to him and staying away from him ,not that he will allow anyone to come close to him but I am saying this for your own good." Atul says looking at T and Mehak.

" Ok sir thanks,we were just curious" Mehak says to him who nods.

" And one more thing ,don't mix personal matters in profession, it will not be good for your career and now all go back to your duties" Atul says sternly to them and they goes away nodding.

Armaan comes back from surgery and enters sanjeevani. Firstly he goes on rounds to check on interns whether they are doing their duties or not.

He observes Mehak and Rohit will be doing their duties correctly and goes to check on T in the children's ward. There he sees that this intern is struggling with kids who are not allowing her to treat them.

His thoughts immediately drifted to one person who effortlessly treats kids with her smile and patience and unknowingly a smile appears on his face. He walks in with that smile on his face unknowingly with her thoughts replaying in his mind.

T didn't notice him that he was behind her until the kids turned to look someone behind her. She turned and freezes when she sees armaan smiling at the kids.

He moves to the kids and talks to them about some stories and characters and treats them simultaneously. As usual every kid present there became his fan.

T just stood there looking at them astonished while Mehak and Rohit who came there with Atul talking about some case stood there looking at armaan in astonishment.

Atul was very happy to see armaan behaving like before with kids and he grinned looking at his friend.

T, Mehak and Rohit stood there watching the scene in front of them and also surprised to see how he is playing with them and also treating them at the same time.

Armaan finishes his work ,tells all the kids to behave properly and take their medication in time ,waves them his byes and turns with a smile to see the three interns watching him as if they have seen a ghost and a grinning champ.He understood why they are looking at him like that and gains back his composure.

" What happened? Don't you all have work to do?" Armaan says becoming strict again while they all just stood there surprised.

" INTERNS!!!" Armaan shouts then they come out of the shock and looks at him with fear and gulps while Atul laughs out loudly.

" Champ! " Armaan says sternly but he couldn't stop laughing while interns stood there confused.

" Champ! Paagal ho gayye ho Kya? Itna kyun Hass Rahe ho?" Armaan asks him going near to him.

" Kuch nahi yaar......pehle mein bahut khush tha tujhe pehle ki tarah bachon ke saath khelthe hue dekh Kar..........par ab hasi aa rahi hai inn logon ki shakal dekh Kar" Atul says and laughs again while armaan looks at interns who stood confused and suppresses his smile.

" Yeh log aise dekh rahe Hain jaise koi booth ko dekh liya ho hahahaha......aur......hahahaha....... Tujhe dekh Kar itna dar gayye toh pata nahi gabhar hote toh inn logon ki Kyaa haalat hogi!!!........" Atul says between his laughs and interns looked more confused as why gabhar came in between.

" Aise hi haalat hoga jaisa Tera hota  tha jab gabbar Tere waat lagathi thi......" Armaan smirks at Atul and Atul shudders at the thought of Keerthi's anger.

" Tujhe yaad aa rahe hai na.....woh sab.....gabhar,uska gussa aur uske saza......." Armaan says biting his lip to stop his laugh seeing atul's expression.

" Arey adhey se zyaada punishments toh tere harkaton ki vajase miltha tha mujhe......mujhe phasake nikal jaata tha tu kaminey....... By God!!! aaj bhi bahut darawne lagta Hai.....gabhar aur unki  gussa....." Atul says with fear in his voice.

Armaan laughs loudly looking at atul's fearful expression remembering those days and interns who were confused first, now are bewildered seeing armaan laughing like that. Atul comes out of his trance of keerthi and her anger with sound of armaan's laughing.

" Armaan!!!......tumne mujhe daraayi diya gabhar ka naam leke" Atul exclaims while armaan still laughing taking his steps back.

" Rukh jaa saale......kaha bhaag Raha hai tu.......rukh kaminey...... saale......rukh" Atul says while armaan runs and Atul runs behind to catch him.

Interns, staff present there and others stood there surprised,shocked,astonished........... especially interns they don't even understood what just happened now in front of them............ What gabhar? What harkatein? What punishments? And mostly laughing of Armaan...............
