Continuation of previous chapter:

" YOU ?????" Armaan exclaims with shock and surprise written on his face and everyone turns to look at armaan who is now grinning widely as If he is seeing a long lost friend.

Within a moment Armaan ran towards that person and engulfs her in a hug tightly. Everyone looks shocked seeing the scene in front of them in which armaan is hugging a girl who is unknown to them.

Riddhima gazes at them burning with jealousy as he was hugging a girl tightly and the girl also hugs him back tightly that to in front of her. Riddhima's reaction was observed by both Sid and keerthi. Riddhima will be angry and jealous both at a time .Shilpa also feels slight pang of jealousy as she also loved him.

Armaan releases her from his hug .
" SAM, it's so nice to see you here, how are you?" Armaan enquires the girl. Riddhima will be thinking that she doesn't know anyone named 'Sam' who is friend of armaan.

" I am fine Ammy , how are you? "She says to him. Riddhima did not like her calling armaan with his nickname.

Dr. Keerthi clears her throat for the attention and everyone looks at her.

" Good to know Dr. Armaan that you already know her as you both will be comfortable now working with each other but I like to introduce to everyone." Keerthi says to armaan and continues.............

" Doctors this is Dr. Sameera Verma from the Panchgani hospital came here to attend a surgery and Dr. Sameera these are our doctors." Dr. Keerthi introduces to everyone and leaves from there.

" And Sam how are you? You know how much I missed you ." Armaan asks her.

" All lies Ammy, I know you didn't miss me ,you didn't even called or texted me after you came here and I am very much angry on you for that" Sam says in a fake angry tone. Riddhima wonders how come she is so close to armaan and all will be watching them.

" Arey yaar Sammy, I know you can't be angry on me , if you are angry also I will make it up to you" armaan says smiling showing his cute dimples which can flatter anyone. Riddhima will be glaring at them all this time and Sid will be watching riddhima's reactions.

" Ohh your charms always works on me and I am not angry on you anyways " she says hugging him.

" I know that Anyway these are my freinds I mean our interns and my colleagues. Guys she is Sam my friend." Armaan says to everyone.

" Hello Sam flower ji I am Dr. JP an intern, nice to meet you" JP says excitedly and forwards his hand for shaking and she greets him back by shaking his hand. JP will be in his LaLa land seeing a beautiful girl.

" By the way Armaan ,How are you? How is your health? Are you taking your medicines properly?........." Sam will be enquiring armaan with concern. Riddhima snaps her head at word 'taking medicines properly' , she gets worried if armaan has recovered fully or not.

" Cool cool I am fine, everything is good don't worry" armaan says to her and she nods her head. Her eyes fell on familiar person and tries to recognize .

" You are......I have seen you in.......umm...armaan is she........" Sam will be saying pointing towards riddhima but before she could complete armaan drags her away from there and both vanishes from there.

All stood confused but riddhima sensed that armaan is hiding something from her and the jealous feeling made her restless.

Armaan will be explaining his situation to Sam sitting on the stairs in the fire escape. Sam will be comforting him saying that everything will be okay but she knows the pain he is going through. He doesn't want Sam to talk anything about his health or their love or his recovery............to riddhima.

Riddhima will be going through the corridor but stops in her tacks seeing Armaan and Sam together in the fire escape. She sees through the glass door that Sam is hugging armaan , seeing this her heart aches in pain seeing her armaan in arms of another girl . She again thinks that she is not supposed to feel such feelings towards armaan as she is wife of Sid and brushes off all her thoughts and goes away.

In the evening Armaan and Sam bid their byes to everyone and goes out for dinner which infuriates Riddhima but she keeps silent. All others also goes to their respective homes.

Riddhima will be feeling restless as she keeps on glancing the clock and paces around the living room thinking what they both might be doing. Sid comes and asks riddhima what happened she just brushes of the topic by saying that she is worried about some case but Sid knows that she is lying, she is worried about armaan not work. He wants to talk with her about this but thinks to talk later. Sid gets irked with her behaviour.

On the other side Armaan explains whole story to Sam while eating their dinner at a restaurant. Sam listens all these silently and does not speak any word. At last he says that he wants only her happiness so he is doing all this only for her happiness.

" Will you move on now Ammy? " Sam asks him after sometime.

" Move on in the sense?" Armaan questions her.

" Will you give chance to any other girl in future? " She asks him hopefully.

" No, not in this birth. I cannot give riddhima's place to anyone. Even I cannot think of any other girl in my life not even in my dreams." Armaan says confidently with so much of love in his words and eyes. Listening this Sam sighs and understands that he will not get over riddhima in his lifetime.

" But I have taken one decision......" Saying this armaan pauses and Sam looks at him to continue.

" It is a decision for good......good for all of them......" Armaan says intensely.

" And what is it? " Sam asks him looking tensed.

Armaan explains his decision to Sam who silently listens to him. At the end of their talk armaan will be having tears in his eyes and Sam gets shocked that seeing that a boy can love a girl this much...... Love to such intensity, eternity and infinity. They finished their eating and goes back to their houses.
