Gang escaped doing their duties and drowned themselves doing the arrangements for the event which is next day. Nana also came there to help them.

Armaan and Riddhima also involved in doing preparations but in between they will be stealing glances at each other whenever possible, Rahul and Muskaan will be fighting whenever possible and Atul will be showering his unrequited love on Anjali whenever possible.

Actually, to tell the truth, inside they all are dreading for tomorrow not for the performances but they have only two more days with each other.

Gang is worried that their plan of making armaan and riddhima together back again will be completed or not. Dr. Shashank called them to ask if there is any progress or not. Gang said to him that they became close like before but didn't confess their love for each other still.

Armaan is in hesitance about whether he should confess his love to riddhima or not and there is only two days left for him to take any step,after that she will be gone to Mumbai. He doesn't want to stay away from her anymore but what he could do. He doesn't want to force her into anything or compel himself on her ,all he wants is Riddhima's happiness.

On the other side riddhima is also a mess as she doesn't understand what she should do. She want him,she loves him and she want to confess to him but she is hesitant because of her insecurities. She knows he loves her more than anything but she doesn't know how to start. She doesn't want to stay away from him anymore but she has to return to Mumbai in two days so before that she decides to do something.

" Di aap jaanthe Hain na ki aap ke paas zyaada waqt nahi hai."

" Hmm"

" Ab aap chup nahi baitenge"

" Toh Kya karoon mein?"

" Tum apni Dill ki baat armaan se kahoge."

" Muski....."

" Nahi mein kuch nahi sunungi."

" Par......mein kaise...... Matlab mein."

Sighs

" Please ridzy ,now you should move on in your life......I mean it's time now....... you should confess."

" Di......"

" Ridzy.....tum apne aap kuch nahi bataaoge......hum jaanthe hai......par agar armaan apna Dill ki baat bataayega toh peeche mat hat jaana."

" Huh?"

" Yeah.....if armaan confesses his love then you should also confess your love."

Anji warns her but she laughs.

" Di......I was thinking how to talk to armaan about this and all.........I was afraid for the consequences but if armaan confesses then I......."

Shilpa cuts her off.

" You will run and hug him tightly !"

" No ! She will jump and kiss him !"

Muskaan says dreamily and Riddhima blushes like a tomato.

" No!"

Riddhima shrieks.

" Oh!"

Girls say in disappointment.

" Then what you will do ?"

They ask her pouting.

" I. I...... I will tell Armaan......about my feelings for him."

Riddhima blushes.

Girls hoot and tease her.

At last they pray that they should be together back again.

" Armaan kab bataaoge usse?"

" Kya?"

" Riddhima ko, Apni Dill ki baat."

" I don't know Rahul."

" What?"

" I am scared."

" W.What ????? The great armaan Mallik, the lover boy is afraid to confess his love."

Rahul laughs and Armaan glares.

" There is no need to be sarcastic."

" I am not doing sarcasm armaan. Seriously tell me why are you scared so much?"

" I don't want to hurt her and I just want her happiness."

" You are her happiness."

" I don't know what she wants.....I mean so much had happened in our lives and I don't know riddhima is ready to accept me or not."

" Without you she had become a walking zombie armaan. That day when you left,she was shattered. She just worked in the hospital but she had no life in her without you and lived with no emotions armaan because she also don't know how to live without you."

"....."

" Shilpa is right armaan, she loved you,she loves you and will love you forever. She will be very happy if you come back in her life."

" But Anji......"

" Do you want to know why she asked for divorce ?"

"....." He just looks at her.

" She couldn't love him armaan and she can never love him because she never stopped loving you in the first place. She understood finally that relationships cannot be forcefully made. She understood that she can never give Sid what a husband wants from a wife because it will happen only if she loves him and she cannot love anyone besides you armaan."

"....." He will be crying.

" This is the truth armaan. This is the truth of your lives that you both love each other ,cannot live without each other and you both are Meant to be together."

He smiles with tears.

" But Muskaan I don't know what is in her mind whether she wants any relationship right now or not , whether she is ready to accept me or not."

" First you tell her about your feelings and then you will automatically know what she wants."

Muskaan smirks.

" She wants you Armaan. Everyone can see how happy she is now because you are there with her now. We can clearly see how much she loves you so you should confess your love first."

Armaan smiles and hugs Atul.

" Thanks champ."

" And hero because she has some fears she will not confess first ,so you should take the first step."

" Yeah, I know......thanks everyone."

Armaan hugs his friends grinning.

In the evening, Shubhankar will be resting his head on the desk because of the loads of work he had done from morning. There was no time to take break and so he couldn't rest for one second also.

Interns and gang will come there to sign off their duties but giggles seeing shubhankar in that state. Atul comes running to them where they were standing behind a glass partition.

" Armaan bhaago "

" Champ ! What happened?"

" Arey pehle bhaago "

" Kyun?"

" Arey gabbar aa gayi hai."

Everyone gasps loudly.

Armaan gulps and looks at Rahul.

Rahul sighs him and they both will be stepping backwards with Atul.

Riddhima stops armaan by holding his wrist.

Muskaan stops Rahul by holding his collar.

Anajli stops Atul just by a glare.

Interns looks at them amused.

Shilpa stiffles her laugh.

" Maamla Kya hai?" Muskaan asks glaring.

" Ha kuch toh gadbad zarur Kiya hai tumne armaan ,bataao Kya Kiya?"
Riddhima asks him squinting her eyes.

" Stop staring and answer." Anji snaps.

Sighs

They explain what they had done and girls gasps loudly.

They were about to scold the boys but stopped hearing voices from reception and they all turn to see..........

" Shubhankar ! "

"...." His head will be still on desk.

" Shubhankar "

" Huh?" He asks not looking up.

" Shubhankar ? Kya hua hai ?"

" Mujhe sone do..... Mein bahut thakh Gayya hoon."

" SHUBHANKAR !!! "

" Ha " he snaps his head up to see the person who yelled.

He blinks to see if it was a dream or realty and when he realises it is real he grins first and then he cringes imagining the scenarios which gang described him.

" Keerthi ?"

" Ha "

" Tum yaha?"

" Ha "

" Kaise? "

" Pehle tum mujhe bataao tum teek ho?"

" Ha ,mein bilkul teek Hoon."

She looks at him confused.

Then she was about to say something but was interrupted by a loud thud. They looked at the direction of sound and saw gang on the floor hissing with pain.

" DOCTORS !"

" Good Evening Maam. "

They all say in unison and keerthi sighs.

" First get up from the floor, doctors."

She hisses at them.

They get up with some ' aah's ' ,' oohh's ' and ' ouch's ' helping each other.

Interns will be watching keerthi as to know why they are so afraid of her and why they call her gabbar.

" Hello maam "

Girls say and hug her tightly.

" Hello girls " she says and hugs them back.

" How are you maam?" Rahul asks smiling at her.

" I am fine Dr. Rahul. How are you guys?" She replies and asks them.

" We are fine." They all say.

" It's very nice to see you maam " Atul says to her and she smiles back.

Then her gaze falls on armaan who will be smiling at her and tears brim in her eyes seeing him after long time.

" Dr. Armaan Mallik reporting, Dr. Keerthi." Armaan says stiffening himself while gang chuckles.

" Dr. Armaan...... Aapko phir se aise dekh ke bahut Khushi Hui hai......bahut din ke baad mulaakaat Hui......achaa laga." She says to armaan who grins at her by blinking his tears away.

" Mujhe bhi......" He says smiling.

Interns just stare at them.

Then Keerthi's gaze fall back on shubhankar who will be smiling at them.

" Shubhankar, are you sure ? You are alright?" She asks him concerned.

" Ha Keerthi. Why?"

" No ,I got a phone call saying that you are not well and something is wrong with your health."

" What?" He asks confused.

" Yeah, I got that call in the morning.I was worried so much and took a flight and came to Delhi immediately." She explained him.

" But nothing has happened to me."

" It's good.....but who called me then ?"
Keerthi looked puzzled.

Gang and interns turns to armaan who scratches his neck smiling nervously.

" Maybe it was a prank call." Shubhankar says shrugging.

" Maybe....but who can do such things ?" Keerthi asks herself and looks up to see interns looking behind her.

Keerthi turns to see armaan looking nervous and girls giving boys accusing looks.

Keerthi and Shubhankar look at each other and then it clicks them...... of course who does such pranks ? Only one person can do such idiotic things.......The Prankster of Sanjeevani.....The Armaan Mallik.

" Doctors...... Whose plan was this?" Keerthi asks sternly knowing the answer and gang gulps.

Armaan disappears from there.

Everyone looks shocked at the empty place there.

" Armaan ? Doctors......kaha Chala Gayya hai yeh?" Shubhankar asks them looking around.

" Pooch ke aathe hai? " Atul and Rahul says at a time and they also disappears from there.

Everyone were shocked again.

Keerthi and Shubhankar understood that it was all their plan.

" Girls? What's happening here ?" Keerthi asks them frowning.

" Hum dekh ke aathe hai" All girls say and they also disappears from there.

Keerthi sighs angrily and Shubhankar faceplams himself.

Interns laughs out loudly and stopped immediately when a stern glare was shot towards them.

Ok now they understood why they were so much afraid of her and why they call her gabbar.

Keerthi stares angrily at the empty space in front of her .

" DOCTORS ! COME BACK HERE !! RIGHT NOW !!! "

Keerthi yells and whole hospital shakes as if some earthquake had come.

Gang who were hiding under the tables in the cafe and in the cabins of the hospitals shakes with fear and appears back together before Keerthi while interns looked bewildered seeing them.

Keerthi glares at them and they will be looking down.

" Care to explain ?" She asks folding her hands.

" Maam.....woh actually.....we couldn't see Sir so sad like that......so we thought if you come here, matter between you two will be sorted out."
Armaan explains looking down.

" So you thought you will scare me to death and make me come here?" She asks him glaring.

" N.no......actually Sir said you were not coming for the event as you were angry......so I didn't know how to bring you here." He says looking at her but when she shot him her famous glare he looked down panicked.

Interns looked astonished to see armaan in fear as they didn't know he could be afraid of someone. They were actually enjoying him to see in that situation.

" Maam.....we are sorry for your inconvenience don't forgive us but please forgive Dr. Shubhankar at least. He is so sorry for his mistake and will never repeat it." Riddhima says softly to keerthi and her features soften looking at riddhima's innocent smile and face.

Armaan grins looking at riddhima appreciating it.

" And maam , sir also brought you a surprise gift to give it to you." Saying this armaan takes out a gift which is under the desk.

He gives it to shubhankar saying to give it to keerthi.

Shubhankar looked confused at first and then understood and gives it to keerthi.

Keerthi was surprised and takes the gift smiling at him. Shubhankar feels happy and looks at armaan who winks at him.

" Keerthi..... I am really sorry for forgetting our anniversary. I was just caught up in work that's all ,it's not like I forgot you or neglected you. I am really sorry." Shubhankar apologies sincerely to keerthi who will be having tears in her eyes.

She nods her head in approval and hugs him tightly.

Everyone present there claps and hoots at them.

" ISHQ HAYYE........ " Boys sing again making them jump back and blush.

Girls smiles happily at them.

" We are also sorry Dr. Keerthi." Armaan says holding his ears with puppy dog face which no one can ignore.

" It's ok, and I warn you people to never do that again." She says mock glaring at them and everyone nods smiling.

Everyone shares a warm and tight hug together happily.

Interns look at them adoringly and admiring as they never saw so much love between friends ,between interns and senior doctors and between a boy and a girl.

Soon they were all in the cafe chitchatting sitting around the table. They ordered a cake for the celebration of Shubhankar and Keerthi's anniversary.

" Arey gabbar aa gayyi......kisine mujhe bataaya nahi...... waise tum log chupne waale the na uss se ."
Nana asks them coming to the table.

" Ha nana ,ab uski koi zarurat nahi hai.....humne maafi maangi hai maam se aur unhone humein maaf bhi Kar Diya hai." Atul says to nana.

As soon as the cake arrived everyone got up from their seats to celebrate. Both keerthi and Shubhankar cut the cake and feed each other. After that they started feeding gang and gang feeds cake back to them.

Armaan took a slice and turns to riddhima to feed her but sees that she also turned at the same time with a slice to feed him. They both looked surprised and happy while gang is peeking glances at them.

Armaan and Riddhima smiled at each other and fed each other cake simultaneously.

" Umm......tasty hai....." Riddhima says enjoying the cake.

" Ab tasty hai."

Armaan says flicking his finger at the corner of her mouth which has some cake and licks his finger. Riddhima looks at his actions and blushes looking away.

" Hoye hoye......."

He smiles.

She smiles.

And they all smile looking at them.

" Muski dekho yeh Tera favorite piece hai......isme woh heart bhi hai aur chocolate chips bhi hai." Atul says showing her a piece of cake and Muskaan grins.

But when he was about to move forward and give it to her ,he trembles and cake slips ,flies and lands direct on Muskaan's face.

Everyone gasps.

" Sorry sorry Muski......it just slipped." Atul says in fear of facing her wrath now.

Muskaan wipes some cake off her face and points at Atul to hit. She throws the cake but it hits Rahul.

Everyone laughs.

Rahul angrily throws a big piece of cake at Muskaan but it hits at a laughing Anjali.

She looks angrily at Rahul and throws a cake at him but it hits Atul making everyone laugh.

Rahul laughs loudly.

" Tujhe toh badi hasi aa rahi hai." Saying this he throws cake at him but he ducks down so it hits nana.

Nana glares at her and throws the cake only to hit shubhankar.

Keerthi laughs.

Shubhankar throws the cake at nana but it hits armaan.

Armaan angrily throws cake at him but it hits Shilpa.

Shilpa throws cake at riddhima.

Riddhima hits cake at armaan.

Armaan throws cake at Riddhima.

Riddhima throws at Anjali.

Anjali throws at Rahul.

Rahul throws at Muskaan.

But it hits Anjali.

Anjali hits Rahul.

Rahul hits nana.

Nana hits armaan.

Armaan hits Shilpa.

Armaan and Shilpa both together hit Muskaan and Atul standing opposite but it hits riddhima and Anjali.

Armaan and Shilpa look at each other with mouth forming an ' O ' with wide eyes and burst out laughing.

And they both hit them back.

Boys hit girls.

Girls hit boys.

Muskaan aims at Atul but it hits keerthi who glares her and she swiftly ducks under the table hiding herself.

All the while interns stood gawking at them surprised,shocked,amused and bewildered.

In between they also got hit by the cake and they hit back cake at them.

Soon it turned into a big cake fight and everyone in the cafe are throwing cake at each other including interns also.

They will be hiding and hitting each other with cakes.

Shubhankar and Keerthi tries to stop them but no use.

Nana will licking cake wherever he found.

Whole cafe is covered with cake now.

Other people who are present there will be watching them as if they have been escaped from a mental asylum.

Armaan and Riddhima team up together and throws cake at their friends.

But when they try to hit Atul and muskaan, it accidentally hit the persons behind them.

They turned to see who it is and freezed.

Seeing them calm gang also look at the persons and they also got freezed.

Atul and Nana will be fighting for the cake unaware of the situation.

" Muahahahaha.......guys see I got very big piece.....YaY !!!! " He says and looks at them who will looking at front.

Atul turns his gaze and freeze.

They all gulp and look down.

" What's happening here?" A male voice asked.

" Yeh sab Kya ho Raha hai ?" A female voice asked.

They all look at them and gulps.

" Kaun kaun hai yaha pe ? Kisi ko pehchaan bhi nahi paa rahe hum." She asked confused but also amused.

" Hello beautiful ! "

Armaan says and waves his hand at her like a kid.

" Armaan ! " Padma exclaims.

" Hey Mom , hey Dad ! "

Anjali says softly.

" Anjali yeh tum ho?" Padma asks squinting her eyes.

" Riddhi kaha hai ?" Padma asks.

" Maa, mein yaha Hoon . Hello papa." Ridz waves her hand standing beside armaan and Padma looks at her stunned.

Meanwhile Shashank wipes his face with his hanky and gives it to Padma also to wipe her face. Shashank was calm all this time.

" Hello Sir, hello aunty " Muskaan says coming near them.

" Muskaan beta, Is that you ?" She asks looking her from top to bottom which is totally covered with cake.

Muskaan embarrassingly looks down and nods her head.

" Good evening S.Sir." Rahul stutters.

" How are you Sir? How are you aunty?" Atul asks chirpily.

Shashank just looks at them while Padma nods her head and narrows her eyes to see who are who.

" Dr. Keerthi ,Dr. Shubhankar achha laga aap logon ko bhi yaha aisa dekh Kar."
Shashank finally speaks sternly.

" Sir woh actually,hua yeh hai ki......"
Shubhankar tries to say but Shashank cuts off.

" Go, clean yourselves first then we will talk." Shashank says firmly.

They all nod their heads and goes to clean themselves along with interns.

Shashank and Padma look at each other and sighs shaking their heads.

" Yeh log kabhi nahi sudrenge." Padma says laughing.

" Ha, kabhi nahi." He says smiling at her. They both also go to clean their faces.
