Khushi ran inside to her room and dropped her phone and earphones on the bed and laid there covering herself with the bedsheet fully, even her head couldn't be seen, her hand hung down from the bed.She shivered under the bedsheet. The same vampire baby appeared on the floor laying on his tummy, he kept crying continuously trying to gain Khushi's attention, his cries were somehow not frightening her. But then the baby held her hanging hand. Suddenly someone else too appeared in the room. It was glaring at the baby but then he bent forward near Khushi's covered face, it too held Khushi's hand making the baby leave her hand with a jerk.

His hand was just like a stone. Khushi didn't even move an inch. "Nannanu nōḍu Khushi," (𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐊𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢) it said. "Nīvu eccaravāgiruviri endu nanage tiḷidide, nīvu ondu in̄cu calisadiddarū saha, nānu nim'ma mukhadinda beḍ‌śīṭ tegedu nannannu nōḍuvante māḍuttēne, nīvu nannannu maruḷu māḍabahudu endu bhāvisabēḍi Khushi," (𝐈 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞, 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡, 𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞, 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐦𝐞) it said, the baby too kept crying and everytime it was about to hold Khushi's hand, that entity would jerk his hand badly.

Somehow she felt sad for the baby but she couldn't move. Although she didn't understand his language, she somehow understood what it's saying. "𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘩𝘪𝘮, 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦," 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵. "Khushiiii," it said loudly, the vampire baby too got scared, suddenly the other entity moved the bedsheet from her. (𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 👉) It got onto top of her entwining its hands, this was the time to fight back with it but the more she tried to make it leave, the more it grabbed her tightly.

It had it's face buried in her neck. She squirmed as it had her full weight on her but didn't dare to open her eyes. She could still hear the vampire baby crying. She knew it was just the start of sleep paralysis but her body wasn't fully paralysed, she knew if she turned on her side, then the entity would fall and leave her. "𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘤, 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘶𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭," she said in her heart and gathered her courage.

Her gaze towards him now turned loving from frightful. To her shock, the vampire baby turned humanly by her loving gaze. "Hey Bhagwan, how did it turn to human? It was a vampire, what if its all his trick to get me closer to himself and bite me again? No no, I won't pick him again, but he isn't even going, I will go and sleep with Alia and Shiv," she said and as she stood up and took a step forward, she fell by the bedsheet, the vampire baby (now a human baby) crawled over her. "Oh God," she said getting irritated.

It encircled its arms around her neck from behind, she tried her best to stand up and as she did, she made the baby leave her throwing him on bed and went from there. The baby turned back to vampire as it no more got love from her but only fright. It disappeared. Khushi slept peacefully with Alia and Shiv without any disturbance. Later in morning, she woke up and saw Shiv in Alia's lap as she was making her drink milk. She smiled and sat up. "Alia, thank you so much for loving Shiv and caring so much for him although he's no one to you," she said smilingly.

"I should say thanks to you that you hired me to take care of him, I love this job, but is he your real brother? I mean, you both don't look alike," Alia asked. "Shiv isn't my real brother but I brought him from Kapali hills, I came here for my career, and after settling here I went to Kapali hills temple to pray for my success and there I saw him in cold, he was covered in snow and was very cold and high with fever, don't know who left him there, he was crying a lot and so I covered him up and took him with me, therefore I wasn't even married, and I was too young to even become a mother, so I adopted him as a brother, even my family knows about it and they opposed my decision many times that why I didn't leave him in orphanage instead of adopting him and world may think he's my illegitimate son and that to hide it I introduce him as my brother, but I never cared of it, but now my parents and my sister doesn't oppose, they accepted him," Khushi told her.

"You have a very big heart else who have time these days to take care of orphan kids," Alia praised her smilingly and she too smiled. "By the way, why didn't you sleep in your own room?" Alia asked. "I got sleep paralysis and as soon as I got out of it, I came here," Khushi said. "And what about your hand?" Alia asked, Khushi looked at her right palm which had a baby handprint in blood along with a big handmark. "Nothing," she said and went from there.

Khushi went in her washroom and washed her hands thoroughly but the color didn't go away. She gave up and came outside taking her toiletries for a morning bath. Today it was her singing performance and she had to sing a song already sung, but as it was sung by a man, she was chosen to sing it in order to have it in a female voice as well, she was done after sometime and as she went outside her room, she collided with Arnav, she trespassed him and went to Yogi and her parrot, as usual Yogi was giving a ride to her parrot Mitthu, she kept their food and Yogi sat down letting Mitthu go and he too went to have food. Suddenly the light went off and Mitthu and Yogi got scared and Mitthu sat on her foot tickling her intensely and Yogi held her foot tickling her further, Arnav too laughed at the scenario and went to switch on the generator.

Suddenly Khushi was about to fall and screamed a little, Arnav ran back to her and held her, they had an eyelock and the lights came back. Suddenly Khushi realized her position and straightened herself and looked down at her foot where Mitthu sat and looked at Arnav, he sat down and picked Mitthu and calmed him down and Yogi as well. Khushi looked at him lovingly as he calmed them and made them eat. "Arnav," she said and he stood up. "Please drop me at the studio, I need to go," she said and he nodded and went outside together.
