Random title, hope y'all like that

First things first my question last chapter was because some friends and I are forming a team to enter a KPop dance competition thing and we were stuck between names! OURA ended up winning (which I find hilarious because the name literally came from a random noise someone made while we were calling them but that honestly sums us up pretty well XD)

Second I HAVE ART AND A WIP

These two different pieces are actually the same creature! The second one is his true, goblin-like form and the first is a form he takes as a disguise.

AmayaKamata123 recently came up with a brilliant world idea that I wanted to play a part in, where monsters and humans live in the same world but monsters are discriminated against! The main character would be her character Katherine, but she's looking for side characters to join on the journey!

Now Amaya, with your permission of course I'd love for Darian to be a part of this journey! I was thinking he'd follow the group from afar for a while as a stray dog they sometimes see, and then eventually either build up a gradual trust with them to reveal himself or help them out of a tough situation and reveal himself then (though I was leaning towards the former so they could know him as a dog for longer).

He was raised by a mother dog who's pups were taken by humans, and his dog form is widely based off of hers. Because of that he still acts very dog-like and can't really speak to the characters, so he portrays his thoughts through his actions and noises. His own parents abandoned him and he has no memory of them, and because of his childhood he can take a while to trust anyone, is often on-guard, and fears humans. Growing up raised by a dog he learned a few different animal languages, such as birds, cats, and even lizards, and he has the ability to heal smaller injuries when he's unharmed though it drains him for a while.

Bigger injuries like mortal wounds he can try to lessen the effect of but it's very risky considering how weak his healing powers are and it wouldn't be enough to save someone alone. He can change his form only into the dog one he's practiced, but it's more like a blanket over his actual form than a full shift (if that makes sense). With practice he could change small features to copy someone else but it would take more effort and only be small things like eye color or nose shape.

I'd still have to figure out his color scheme but it'll likely be similar to his dog form's colors, since that would take less effort for him to change to! I hope he's approved and that you all like him so far; I don't normally draw dogs and did so without a reference but I still like it a lot!

A lil wip
I made this as a de-stress thing so that's why it's so different; I've been thrown a LOT of curve balls lately-

Math would be the first; I have focusing problems so severe that I can't get anything from lessons and even missed questions on a test last week because I didn't see that I hadn't done them. I currently have a D and I'm trying to get a C or B since colleges look at this year of my schooling and I wanna do better than barely passing when I have all As otherwise

Second comes my general mental health, it's just not a good time right now

Third I got asked to my school's homecoming by someone who I know likes me (as in at least a crush since we're friends) and I said yes because like we were already gonna go as a group and how could I even say no???? But I've heard some of my friends talking as though we're a thing now and I'm just entirely lost because what does it even mean to agree to go to homecoming with someone???? Friends do that, ask each other, but I know for a fact they like me, so did my agreeing turn it into like a date???? Keep in mind at the VERY least that as much as I might like someone I'm set on not getting into a relationship right now because of my mental health and how busy I am (though mostly my mental health).
I apologize for how disorganized this is, I took like two hours off to relax and came back with a clearer head. I know I just have to communicate to figure things out, and I'll take things one step at a time as they come (big thanks to @Dragoncat16 for some really great input in the time in between this chapter, though a lot of people have helped by offering to hear me out <3)
