Guess who got a redesign!

I kind of combined two for my old characters, the old Gill and this one glowy dude I had named Neon. Whereas my other character, Scorpio has more of a desert element, he's more of a sea/dark, he can breathe underwater, the light green markings on his body glow in the dark, and he has excellent night vision. he has inward facing teeth that help him catch prey, he's a young adult about 22 and lives on Scorpio's oaosis. He is going to star as a major character in Scorpio's book and possibly a love interest. As far as personality goes I'm still deciding, I was watching Grease when I designed him so I got some ideas heh
