Orange - Highest
Green - Second Highest
Blue - Third Highest
Yellow - Lowest (Nobody was mentioned with a yellow headdress yet)

I love this one :D I called it 'Elemental Balance', but after thinking of calling it 'Elements of Harmony' (*cough* MLP *cough) XD Believe it or not, even Dark Magic creates balance in the elements.
