This is very creative! The Heaven/Hell theme is very cool :0 One thing Imma point out is that on his face his angel side looks like it is literally overtaking his demon side. It's hard to tell that it's his hair, and being fair, it looks a bit off on the ref so that might be partially on me.
Another thing: the bird fountain thing is a bit curved? Lines are hard so that's just a lil thing. I don't know what you use for drawing, but if there's a line tool or something that usually comes in handy for things like that!
