This is Marcus Miller! He is also a ex member of the council. He quits the council because the guilt weight on him. He is married and have a daughter. He love them both which make him quits the council because of the stress to hide from his wife and in fear she leave him with his child. He is now the personal secretary of Iris and also her right hand. He is more happier now with his wife and child (✿^‿^)
