This was a request from @samxdeanxwinchester. It's the 4th Doctor (Doctor Who) as a dragon!! I hope it's OK, I tried! I might... MIGHT make a human one, like you asked, but you know me... I really can't draw them. I have been practicing though, they just don't look exactly how I want them yet. It will take a lot of convincing.
