March 25, Edd Gould died after a 6-year battle with leukaemia. He left behind a series of animations to which we know and love as Eddsworld. It gained quite a large following, and is slowly falling apart.

While we love Edd and what he created, we're destroying Eddsworld from the inside. BUT HEY, this has been said plenty of times. So..

      Edd Gould,

    I will stay till the bitter end, I promise to. If this fandom becomes the most hated thing on this earth, I will not leave again. You are my main inspiration for art, and staying with this is like being on your last string whilst over a bottomless pit, you can't and won't let go. When and if this fandom calms down I'll be there.

   With the things that have happened, nothing could go worse then Matt leaving, no one would be left. If there's a problem from the inside, it's best to cut it off it off at the source.

   We'll fix this, but until then rest in peice. You won't be easily forgotten, your world shall continue to spin.
