Age: (umm idk ._. I mean I've drawn them with alcohol before so idk)

Gender: gender neutral/-fluid (xe/xem or they/them pronouns)

Other info:
-Neon is flat chested, although xe might look female xe is not!

-Neon's left eye is lighter mainly because xe is partially blind in that eye

-as explained above Neon doesn't necessarily have an age

-Neon hates dresses and skirts and will wear them under NO circumstances
