"One." Fives grinned.

Jesse nodded. "Two."

"Three." Hardcase's eyes went wide.

"Hey, what are you- Get away!" Echo shrieked as they all lunged at him. He started sprinting away. "Don't make me put you on 'fresher duty!"

Fives cackled. "We're already on 'fresher duty!"

"I'll get Rex to ground you!" Echo threatened. "Don't make me do it?"

Ahsoka sighed and crossed her arms. "What's happening now?"

Echo hide behind her, brandishing an accusing finger at them. "They attacked me!"

"Because we have a present for you!" Jesse's eyes were wide enough that Ahsoka was worried about them just popping out. "We made it ourselves!"

Echo hesitantly stepped out from behind Ahsoka. "You did?"

"Don't fall for it," Ahsoka murmured to him.

"It's just for you," Fives promised earnestly. "We worked so hard on it."

Echo smiled softly. "Really? Just for me?"

"Echo," Ahsoka warned.

"Do you wanna see?" Hardcase asked. He had something hidden from view behind his back. "We worked so hard on it."

"Maybe just a peek..." Echo said.

"Echo." Ahsoka sighed. "Don't fall for it."

Echo gave her a contemplative look before making his decision. He sat his jaw and held out his hand. "I'll look at it."

Fives beamed at him. "Yay! Thank you, Echo!"

Hardcase threw a glitter bomb at Echo before laughing and running away with the others. Echo blinked in shock and turned on his heel to face Ahsoka.

"I warned you," Ahsoka tiredly reminded him.

Echo's lip trembled.

Ahsoka groaned. "I have a lesson with Skyguy. Go find Rex."

Rex groaned as someone knocked on his door. "Come in."

Echo burst in, covered in neon pink glitter with tears falling down his face. "They pranked me again!"

Rex rolled his eyes and held out his arms. "Come here."

Echo bawled his eyes out against Rex as the blonde clone patted his head.

"Maybe you should stop trusting them," Rex suggested. "This is the fourth time this week."

Echo nodded and sniffled.maybe you're right."

Rex hummed. "I believe in you. One day you'll learn."

Hardcase knocked on the doorframe. "We're sorry, Echo. We have something for you to show how sorry we are."

Echo wiped at his face. "Really?"

Fives nodded. "Really."

Echo smiled naively. "Wow, you guys are great."

Rex sighed.
