It's 4:37am over here. I woke up at freaking 3am.

So here's how it works with me.

If I have to get up early, I tell myself the night before: GET UP AT {specific time}

And I always get up an hour or two early!

I consider that a nice thing my body does...

But then I can't go back to sleep.

I have issues falling asleep quickly. It takes me forever to fall asleep.

That's why movies are always playing in my room or music is always heard.

It helps me sleep.

And then there's also this that helps too. XD
